Good quality prodfucts. This store has an excellent selection and prices are much more competitive than any other site I have visited.

Exposed zips.

Exposed zips, cheap lining, cheap sheer fabrics and one dress was far shorter than it appeared in the picture. I wouldn't be tempted to order from here again. I ordered 2 dresses so I can't comment on shoes or accessories.

For the most part

For the most part, most of the dresses I purchased, look exactly as advertised; yet there were a few that did not, but good enough to be somewhat satisfied about.

Very disappointing overall

Very disappointing overall. Prices are good and I had no issues with delivery, I believe I had my items within 2 weeks which I was ok with. The actual clothes themselves were just so cheap looking. The pictures on the website look fantastic but they are very misleading.

I ordered a neck massager on 31 Jan and tried tracking the parcel but kept getting an error message. I then checked the reviews and found that I may not receive my goods. I nearly submitted claim to PayPal but waited a little longer. To my surprise, I received the massager today, 16/02/24. I hope it works and doesn't break if I'm going by other review. I am happy but will definitely check reviews before purchasing again from pop up ads. I've given 5 stars as I've received my goods...

Goodsplan advertised on uTube

Goodsplan advertised on uTube. I was looking for a Christmas present for my grandchild and ordered the so called Hoverball for £29.00 on December 3/2023.
I checked their website first but I noticed that they had NO phone number or customer service Dept.
I ordered anyway.
The money was taken from my bank account 24 hours later. Odd? YES.
the goods never arrived. I waited 3 weeks. sent them endless messages. I had enough and called my bank.
I paid via my Debit card.
My bank straight away contacted them and recalled my money. So I lost no money.
I warn anybody to stay away from them.
They also stopped advertising on uTube.

Another disappointed customer!

Just checked the tracking number for an order made a few weeks ago from Goodsplan and surprise surprise it doesn’t exsist. Prompted me to look at reviews and like so many others it seems if you do actually receive your order from these cowboys it’s a load of rubbish. I will be avoiding in future and would advise everyone else to.

Be careful when purchasing from an unknown overseas company and research their fitness to trade!

This company provides an impressive number of claims, both on their terms of business and about their product: the reality couldn’t be further from the truth. In the case of their “Wireless Ear-Hanging, Bluetooth Headset”:

1. They offer to refund the price without quibble if customer is not 100% satisfied with the product. They don’t mention that the product has to be returned to China at the customer’s expense!
2. They print on the packaging a return address located in West Bromwich B70 0IX, without naming a company associated with this address. Neither the two trading names of the company (Goods Plan, and its related company, Roxanne Inc) has a presence at this location.
3. The company website included in the advert for the earpieces, provides an email address. Any email sent to this address bounces.
4. The rigid earpiece is far too small to fit an average European ear size. The microphone of the earpiece is ca 1 cm above the entrance to the ear opening which therefore necessitates turning up the Smartphone volume to maximum.
5. There is no clue in the advert that the trading company is from China. In fact, the name Roxanne Inc, is deliberately intended to convey an impression that the company is US based.
6. Something might have been lost in translation to Chinese of my complaint because they offered a 30% discount and then upped it to 50%: why should I want to pay anything for an earpiece that is designed for a child’s head rather than for an average size, European male’s?

Fortunately, the formal dispute protocol at PayPal allowed me to raise these issues of misrepresentation and, bless them, well before the expiry date when the dispute becomes automatically closed, they decided in my favour. The discounts offered by the seller, initially at 30% and then at 50% on the purchase price, excluding postal charge for delivery to my address, again, not included in the sales pitch

The two companies - Goods Plan and the related Roxanne Inc - are a disgrace to the many Chinese exporters of hi-tech products, such as Temu, who practise ethical treatment of their customers. Avoid both of these companies like the plague and protect your credit card payments by going through PayPal or similar intermediary. One star rating for the misrepresented product and the company, is one too many

Bought a Hoverball as a gift for the neighbours son. The USB charge port will not let you plug in the charge cable - it is deformed. Tried contacting their 'customer service' but they do not respond. Avoid this company at all costs!

Hoverball

First and only time I bought from an ad on YouTube. They confirmed sale but that was last I heard from them. The Tracking number they gave didn't work and when I asked PayPal to intervene they said it had been dispatched. It arrived but was substandard, didn't work and was dangerous. I've tried to get a refund but they still don't reply to my mails.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

My Ear Hanging Bluetooth Headset

My Ear Hanging Bluetooth Headset, which I paid £21.98 with postage, arrived today, and within half an hour it was in the bin. It was cheap and nasty, and it was a complete waste of money; it wouldn't even fit over my ears. I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with these cowboys.
