I purchased a pair of Bluetooth earphones before Christmas. I item arrived yesterday. On open they looked OK unfortunately the leaflet that came with the phones is in Chinese so I have no reference source to tell how the damned things work. I am very disappointed indeed. I will be contacting PayPal to see what can be done re a refund. Looking at the other reviews I should have done my due diligence before buying. Google and U Tube have this website showing regularly which prompted me to place an order thinking that it would be genuine. Although the website and email address are UK based the company appears to be Chinese. So far I have an item I can't use and by all accounts even though I received said goods I am probably going to be stuck with a piece of tech that is totally useless and out of pocket too.

Order arrived smashed into pieces. I contacted customer service who ignored my emails. Avoid. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Left a review before Xmas about order not arriving and e mails unanswered regarding roll of magic duct tape that seals and sticks to everything.Well it finally arrived after 2 weeks,what a disappointment to say the least!
Absolute waste of time and money,so do not buy.Doesn’t stick,is terrible to use,and just doesn’t do any of the tasks advertised,AVOID

Goods plan this is a Scam Company plain and simple. The online ads and graphics look convincing and impressive. In reality after placing an order you will receive nothing by way of updates. Furthermore no matter how many emails you send none will be replied to. I've send no less than five emails cancelling my order and asking a full Refund complete waste of time. Order placed on 21/12/23. The whole website and contact email co.uk give the impression it's a UK based company it's not it's Chinese and you will wait forever for your goods if they ever arrive. Will be contacting my Bank. You have been warned.....

Like so many others, bought the "laptop" stand without checking reviews. It's not a laptop stand. Small tablet at best.

Emailed them to return. No reply.

I can't believe companies like google allow these scammers to operate by giving them credibility. They have sponsored links, so google are taking their money. We are paying for it.

ordered two pair of ear pods told they would arrive xmas new year . tried the tracking number says can’t trace the identity the number . looks like i’ve lost my money . i did pay with paypal do mite have redress with them . email them haven’t replied

The worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. Similar to the previous reviewer, I too had ordered a laptop stand on Nov. 20th, it arrived on Dec. 28th!! The stand was too small to hold a laptop. It also arrived too late for the gift planned. You definitely can get the stand on Amazon at a greatly reduced price and the delivery would be quicker. Struggling to make contact with Goodsplan to process a refund. All in all a miserable experience. Don't bother even trying to buy a paperclip from them, it will disappoint you!! Why are there still in business??!

I purchased two laptop stands, as advertised on YouTube, I followed the links on the website, purchased without checking here first, what a mistake. They did arrive, mini versions, those described had the dimensions clearly marked I went back over the site and purchasing experience and it was clear what I was buying was the full size version. I might have thought it was a mistake but they have been non-responsive to email and the little versions, are not advertised on their site. There is not much wrong with the little ones, perhaps not quite the engineered quality shown on their site, but they are OK for a small tablet, not fit for purpose for my laptop as needed. So will update this if they respond back and fix their mistake, I hope they do.

I nearly put in an order for Bluetooth headset then remembered to read reviews before purchasing. Thank God that I made the decision to read reviews before purchasing. Keep your headset. I'm in for Amazon all the way!!!

Ordered a laptop stand after seeing it on a YouTube advert it arrived today and it's only big enough for a small tablet. There are similar ones on Amazon for half the price,should have checked the reviews first

Ordered Hoverball two weeks ago and have received nothing. So googled 'Goodsplan scam' an there it was a Chinese scamming company. As the late Prince Phillip once said 'Slant eyed gits'.

Ordered two ‘magnetic’ screen covers for our cars. I would suggest that the two main selling points for these covers is that they cover the screen and attach with the magnets. Well, they turned up with no magnets, okay…not a great start. We were due frost the next morning so the covers went onto dry screens, minus the magnets. The next morning I found that the covers had stuck to the screen, ripping them off left large patches of frozen cover almost welded to the screen! So they’ve gone in the bin..the moral of this story is don’t buy anything from Tiktok or Facebook shops as most will be a scam or send you terrible products

What would you make of this?

That pretty much sums up the automated system that will drag you into a process until you lose the will to continue.... Be aware

I thought I was street wise but this company is a sham, a con or any other relevant things to say. Even though the website is goodsplan.co.uk IT IS NOT BASED IN THE UK. After purchasing Nano scratch repair I found it does not work, I Emailed them and got a reply from CHINA. To return the item I need to pay P&P for refund,or keep a useless product and get a 30% refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. And don't buy Nano products

Please don't waste your money by buying this so called Special Forces Strong Light LED Flashlight.
This is a SCAM Big Time.
The picture of the so called Strong Light LED Flashlight on their advert is fake.

I also wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. The nano scrach spray comes as a very small bottle and I doubt it'll cover more than a small area. I haven't tried it as I asked to return it. Guess what: you have to send it back to China!! This wasn't stated on their website.
