Following a mistake I made when ordering I had to return the order and ask for capsules in place of tablets for my wife. After explaining the situation in an email to the GVC, they replied on the same day and the problem was sorted out within 3 days. Good service, and we have been ordering from the GVC for many years and satisfied with their products.
