Nice option to travel without worrying about driving
Very easy to book. I disliked the fact that my pick-up time was anticipated even though I had selected the more expensive option (pickup booked 6:45-7:45, pickup communicated the day before 6:25). This meant for me to arrive at the airport 4 hours prior to my flight, which is a bit too much. Also on the way back I was forced to take another person to Udine even though it was not foreseen just because the other person was late.

Avoid GoOpti (Best Value) – Not Worth the Stress or the Price!
We paid €220 for 2 people and still almost missed our flight. Instead of being at the airport at least 2 hours before departure (as promised), we arrived just minutes before check-in closed. The ride from Slovenia to Milan took over 7 hours because of endless stops.
On the way back, after a 22+ hour flight, we had to wait more than 4 hours for pickup and then another 7 hours to get home – a journey that should have taken a maximum of 5 hours stretched into more than 11.
Customer support was the worst part: cold, arrogant, unhelpful, and unresponsive. Even though our flight arrived earlier and we had purchased the extra “No Worries” package, they still insisted they have up to 6 hours to pick us up with the Best Value option – and even told us we should be glad we “only” waited 4 hours.
If you value your time, comfort, and professional service – do not choose GoOpti. This was absolutely the last time we used them.

First of all, we are glad that despite the stressful circumstances on your way to the airport you managed to catch your flight and that you were satisfied with the driver’s attitude. At GoOpti, we are aware that road conditions can be unpredictable (traffic jams, congestion, etc.), which is why we developed the Absolutely no Worries Package. It provides additional security – if you were to miss your flight due to delays on the way, GoOpti would cover the cost of a new flight ticket to your final destination.
Regarding the return part of your transfer, we would like to highlight that in our email correspondence we did not receive information about the changed arrival time of your flight. We only received data about the previous connecting flights, which did not indicate any changes. Since your plane actually landed an hour earlier (and not later), there was no reason to adjust the schedule, as the reserved transfer time was still suitable within the existing booking. This situation is also not covered by the Absolutely no Worries Package. However, we understand that waiting after such a long trip is unpleasant, and we apologize if you felt that we could not assist you properly. Had an earlier departure been available at that time, we would have been happy to offer it to you.
We are also sorry that your contact with our support team was an unpleasant experience for you. Our goal is always to maintain a respectful, proactive, and understanding approach, so we will use your case as an opportunity to further improve our communication.
If you believe that you were in any way disadvantaged, we invite you to submit an official complaint so that we can thoroughly review the entire case once again and handle it appropriately.

System is broken, support doesn't help.
We added a flight number and system arranged us wrong time window since it didn't took into consideration time zone change (we were on the airport at 7.00, shuttle was at 13.45). So we waited for more than 6 hours and in between there were 3 other shuttles (one from goopti and two from their cooperants easy drive and sionsi). However, when I called support, they couldn't change the shuttle time, even though there were free places on other shuttles and it was their buggy system that gave us wrong time window.
I highly recommend to take transport directly from their cooperants (easy drive or sionsi). Or just check prevoz.org and take nearest shuttle (for cheaper price) than to trust broken goopti system with support that doesn't help.

Please allow us to clarify: when making a booking, the system proposes time windows based on the flight details entered by the customer. However, the final choice of the time window is always made and confirmed by the passenger during the booking process. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information entered or confirmed at that stage.
If you believed that the time window shown was not correct (e.g. due to a possible time zone mismatch), we kindly ask that such issues be reported to us immediately at the time of booking, so that we can double-check and correct them in advance. On the day of travel, the schedules are already optimized for all passengers, and changes can no longer be guaranteed, even if other vehicles are operating on similar routes.
We regret that this situation left you with a negative impression of our service. Your feedback is valuable and will help us improve both our communication and the clarity of information in the booking process.
