Love the design and embroidery, the fabric is on the lighter side which makes it good for layering in winter and a chill evening sweater in summer :)

Good quality, but very variable sizing
The quality of the sweatshirts is good, and they are very soft. However, the sizes are very variable and customer service are not helpful. I bought a sweatshirt and hoodie in the same size, but the sleeves of the hoodie were 2 inches longer than the sweatshirt, so I wanted to either return or exchange it. I believed that there was a fault, and so hoped the return was free, but was informed it would be £2.80. I was told I could exchange it for free, however, I actually had to pay an extra £5, as the offer that was on when I bought it, was no longer available. These are small issues but not great customer service, and I will not be purchasing again. If the sizes really are going to be so different, then it would be helpful to have more detail on the measurements on the website.

While exchanges are free within the UK, any differences in price between the original item and the garment chosen for exchange are unfortunately not covered
