I absolutely LOVE my navy strawberry sweatshirt & joggers. Had a small issue with the other item in my order. This was dealt with quickly by the lovely Tara in their customer service team.

Disappointed! The designs are absolutely gorgeous! I’ve not seen anything like them before. The issue is the quality of the materials. Especially when you consider the price of them! Also sizing to me is on the smaller side to that of uk standards. I can’t comment on t-shirts or the knitted items as I haven’t brought them. I’ve brought a hoodie, a sweatshirt and the baseball jacket. The hoodie and the sweatshirt have both bobbled and the fabric is thin! The sweatshirt has only been worn twice so for that to bobble when it’s been washed once inside out is shocking. Such a shame because I do love the designs. But I can’t afford to waste money like that for a sub par product. There are definitely better quality materials that could be used without pushing up the price. The baseball jacket as far as I know is ok it just lacks a bit of shape and is a bit small so definitely size up if you opt to order it. The hoodie was purchased September and it looks tired and is also bobbled! Can’t comment on how often it’s been worn or how it’s been washed as daughter had it uni. 3 stars because the designs are really cute and I do love them but I hope they take a series look at their materials!

After sales service was excellent. I bought 2 hoodies, both Christmas presents too small, the lady I emailed was very helpful, had never returned anything before, she talked me through procedure. They items were returned, I didn't even have to purchase the same item again but larger. I received one hoodie and one sweatshirt without a bit of worry. Absolute 5 * service and 5* products also.

I absolutely love Goose and Gander there jumper always wash up well and very generous with their sizing .

Web site easy to navigate, I’ve purchased fleeces and there great quality. Just order more . I throughly recommend Goose and Gander.

Bought a burgundy unisex quarter zip for my daughter for Christmas but her mother in law bought her the same one.
Had to return it and order another style but no issues at all. Good quality clothes and customer care and delivery is quick. Wish other establishments would follow suit!
