loved the bathingsuit...great quality and has right amount of compression. The color was completely off though...i ordered the blue and it was 100% purple. It is still a nice color but that is deceiving.

The wife stated that these pieces from gooseberry intimates & swimwear are the most comfortable she has in her vast and expensive collection. But I didn’t get them for her because they were ’comfortable’….

Order never delivered and customer service was terrible. Would not send me a new one after I asked multiple times. Will not be shopping here again.

I ordered from Gooseberry Intimates expecting quick delivery since I needed the items for a trip, but my order arrived four days late -- while I was already on vacation. Because of that delay, I didn’t even get the chance to try anything on or return it within their return window, which is really frustrating.

For a brand at this price point, I expected way better reliability with shipping and more flexibility when delays happen. Instead, I was left stuck with items I couldn’t use and no fair opportunity to return them. It feels like the customer ends up paying for something that wasn’t even their fault.

Overall, this experience was really disappointing. The quality might be "okay", but customer experience matters just as much, and this situation made me hesitant to order from them again.

Overall, I was disappointed with customer service. I ordered an item that was apparently "final". That item was not sized the same as another item that did fit. I was told it my fault for ordering a final sale item. It was also difficult to tell what I was ordering based on how they put photos together. It was my first order with the company. It will be my last.

I ordered the wrong size on accident, not their fault, but I tried to remedy it immediately by trying to reach the company within minutes & there is no way to contact anyone directly. I sent an email the day the order was made to try to change the size, to no avail. Received an email a week later after I started the exchange to update the shipping address, as I was traveling and wanted the swimsuit for my holiday and they couldn't adjust, also prior to shipping. It's UPS, why can't you update the address?! 3 weeks later, the new swimsuit was delivered to my Mothers, which she now has to ship to me. I had communicated this in my email to the company and never received any response. I love their one piece swimsuit, but don't make a mistake in your order, because they were absolutely useless in helping me with any quick solution.

Unable to get a refund-only an exchange or credit so be careful to not order multiple sizes. This is not clear on website when ordering under refund policy.
Also, don't respond to queries regarding refunds either.

Beautiful one piece very quick postage

I was constantly updated on the progress of my delivery via email. My package came quickly and the clothes I bought are beautiful made with great materials. Very satisfied 😊
