Shipping is Ridiculous

Shipping is Ridiculous. Never on time . Sizes are not realistic. I’m a size 6 in US clothing and I had to order a XL in your clothing. Horrible customer service on top of everything else. Will never do any type of business again with you

Much better than I expected

Purchased this swimsuit for my daughter. I thought it seemed expensive and looked quite trashy on the website, but it was something she wanted, and it turned out that the fabric was very nice and it seemed to be well made. She looked lovely in the swimsuit and was very happy with it. Reality was much nicer than the website images.

Good UX & delivery

Good overall UX and delivery experience because they include importing taxes into the bill. Still had to contact multiple times with Customs.

Excellent style, fit and quality

Excellent style, fit and quality. I am 5'4" and weigh about 110 and a size xs fits beautifully. Would prefer a lined top, but added triangular stick ons so now perfect! The color is a fabulously rich blood red.

Great customer service

My partner loves what I got, my experience was good overall. I put the wrong address in when I ordered and didn't realize till later that night but after emailing the customer service team they were able to assist me with switching the address without any extra fee. The things I ordered felt a little lower quality then I was expecting for the price but still very nice and seems to be well made. overall great customer service if you have time to wait for a response because they were a little slow.

I ordered from them and I accidentally…

I ordered from them and I accidentally put in the wrong address after ordering. I then emailed them to correct the mistake and they emailed me back within 4 minutes. So lovely to communicate with and so efficient! Will definitely purchase again!

Very pretty

I found I was in between a small and medium, so ordered both to try. It arrived to my address in Canada pretty quick - within a week.
I had to get some help from customer service with the sizing once the suits arrived, and they were very helpful with feedback - as if I was actually at a store.
My measurements are: 34 bust, 28 waist, 38 hips. The medium was a bit too wide in the bust for me, as my rib cage is fairly narrow, so I went with the small, and feel confident in it.
I haven't tried it out in the wild yet, but looking forward to it's debut. Love the plum color.
