I wish I could give less than a one …
I wish I could give less than a one star rating. My oven glass door randomly exploded into a million pieces when it wasn't even in use! I contacted them and after two weeks of not hearing anything, I had to contact them again. They didn't even bother to respond to my first email. The gentleman I dealt with following that was very nice, but wouldn't get gorenje to cover the cost. I also have a gorenje dishwasher that doesn't function properly. I have tried cleaning the dishwasher, filling the salt dispenser, using the most expensive detergent, and always running it on the high setting, and still dishes come out dirty. So at this point, I'm fed up with Gorenje products. And my appliances aren't even old! What cheap quality! I am NEVER purchasing another gorenje product ever again. As I said, wish I could give less than a star.
