Avoid Punkt1 at all costs – terrible service, zero responsibility, rude management


I bought a Siemens washing machine from Punkt1 in September 2025 and paid 1,000 DKK for professional installation.
During installation, the technician claimed there was a problem with my inlet water pipe, said he couldn’t connect the machine, and told me to call a plumber myself.
I immediately contacted Siemens Service. Their technician came, discovered the Punkt1 installer had simply twisted and damaged the inlet hose during installation, and fixed it in minutes. Siemens charged me 1,640 DKK for the visit.
I contacted Morten (the salesperson who sold me the machine) and he promised that Punkt1’s subcontractor would reimburse me. For almost three months I kept receiving weekly payment reminders from Siemens while Punkt1 repeatedly claimed “it has been paid” or “we are waiting for the technician”.
On 10 December 2025, after the 6th reminder from Siemens, I called the store manager. Instead of helping, he was extremely rude, raised his voice, and said: “This is how we do business – we can only ask the driver to pay, we can’t do more”. When I pointed out that I paid 1,000 DKK for a professional installation and they should take responsibility, he literally shouted at me and refused to help.
Almost three months of false promises, lies, and in the end aggressive and arrogant behaviour from the manager.
Punkt1 cost me time, stress, and 1,640 DKK that they still refuse to take responsibility for.
Never again. Buy your appliances anywhere else – this company has zero customer service and zero accountability.

Punkt.1 Dishwasher F5

The initial installation of my kitchen included a MIELE dishwasher, a SIEMENS, oven and BORA cooking rings.

Dishwasher and oven were installed by a local company in Ringkøbing (Vellingvej 45).
The dishwasher almost every other time reported Error 5 (water/pump problem).
Paid three invoices as I was told it’s not warranty, but a drainage problem.
Finally called MIELE service and learned it was a bad installation:
A dishwasher mounted about 50 or 60 cm above ground must be modified to stop the sensor from stopping because of a leak. Oh wonder, the last page of the installation manual tells you how to do it.
Showing the owner of the above company that page, I proposed to simply forget it by sharing the 3 invoices 50-50. No way: “You must pay for our time and effort…”

After 4.5 years the engine broke That action was almost same price as a new dishwasher!
Another half year later the sensor stopped working and I trashed the whole box.
MIELE? Never ever again.

By he way same time the SIEMENS over stopped working. Electronics had to be replaced for the price of a new oven.
SIEMENS? Never again!

The BORA system is working fine all the time without any hick-ups.
BORA: Always welcome!

The found Punkt.1 in Skjern offering a PUNKT1 dishwasher with 5 years guarantee.
Sounds good, so bought it.

Guess what? F5 again almost every day. The service engineer told me, it’s not the dishwasher but the drainage. So another invoice for payment.

Trying to get in touch with any knowledgeable person at PUNKT1 was not successful during many weeks now. I severely believe it would be a good idea to talk about the technical design:

A dishwasher in a normal under board placement must stop immediately if the inside pressure becomes to low, as that indicates a leak. Being mounted in a higher position the drainage will suck out the water and thus create a low pressure inside. I’m pretty sure, it‘ s that simple.

Anybody out there having the same problem?

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service.
Our dishwasher stopped functioning due to a defect in the fuse box. We reached out to Punkt 1 to have it fixed and since we paid for installation of the machine, we expected to get help promptly.
Now many weeks later we have still not received the help needed even though we have reached out many times.
They blame the slow response on that the store we bought the machine at is now closed…?!?!
Having great fun, doing the dishes by hand…

The worst service ever

The worst service ever! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!
We paid for delivery, unpacking, installing of an oven as well as the removal of the old oven.
We paid extra to have it delivered between 14-19, and then they tried to deliver it at 11:30.
Once they delivered it - they took the old oven, and that’s it! They did not unpack the new oven, nor did they install the new oven.
When I tried to call the customer service for help - they were already closed at 15:00.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Products dead on arrival

Bought an Ankarsrum mixer. Was dead on arrival. Everyone dodged any sort of responsibility. I was recommended to go on YouTube to find answers. Was told by Ankarsrum support that they sadly couldn't help either.

Customer service takes around an hour to reach, but I'm pretty sure they were stoned or just naturally lethargic.

Don't buy Ankarsrum, don't buy anything from Punkt1.

There are plenty of better outlets I'm sure.

Good experience at Amagerbrogade store

Bought 4 different pieces white goods at Amagerbrogade store with sales person Thim Hansen. He is very service-minded, patient and helpful. Got a lot of useful information and tips from him, even helped a lot when there is problem with logistic vendor. I personally think service-minded is very important for nowadays, since buying online is definitely easier, yet the concrete welcoming and good service which are not replaceable.

Horrible service

Horrible service.

1) Ordered a washing machine and paid a small fortune for special delivery since it had to be carried over a sink for installation. I sent pictures of the area. The delivery shows up and tells me they are unable to install it.

2) Ordered a stove. Agreed on a pickup timewith the manager of the store. I get there and the stove isn't there. Even brought a friend to help carry it. Instead they agreed to deliver it to me for free two days later.

3) Two days later the delivery guy doesn't show up and Punkt1 refuses to do anything about it.

Groceries are currently rotting in the fridge.

DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING HERE.

We are waiting for a long time for fridge replacement. After long conversation with support, mechanic finally came and said that fridge is broken, obviously. Replacement was ordered within next week and should be delivered week later. Any expected date is passed, and still no replacement.

Ordered a fridge for self pick up. Package was not damaged when received and when I got home. Opened it .. fridge has scratches and bumps all over!!

write to customer support.. "if you transport it, you damaged it"

great ! never buy from here and trust them not to open the packaging in the store.
