Super god service, hurtig levering og montering

Super pris, super at i leverer gratis og perfekt service ved leveringen!

I bought a friser. It works fine, as spected.
The problem was the delivering. Punkt1 has delivering subcontracted. It is a horrible service. But the facts talks by themselves. Here it comes the "odissey"
I paid the friser, plus 300 DKK for delivering, what did included the installation. After 5 days waiting, I get the first contact. That was a Wednesday. We agreed the delivering for next Tuesday. 11 days from the buying...
I agreed with my neighbor that he will open to the service worker. Everything was looking fine, even after 11 days.
That Tuesday, the service worker called me at 8 o'clock in the morning. I told him how to proceed. Everything working fine, I thought.
At 14 in the afternoon, for my surprise, my neighbor called me, telling that the service worker never came. I was really surprised.
That afternoon we called the transport company. They tod me that the driver was in doubt about how to go into the house. And, of course, instead of calling me back or just ring the door bell, he just drove away.
So, we agreed a new delivering date. Next Tuesday. 18 days waiting. Well...
Next Monday I received two SMS, one confirming the delivering that Tuesday and another telling that the delivering was planned for next Thursday. I called the transport company again. OK, it was just an error. The delivering was scheduled for Tuesday. No problem. By the way, I tried to give the man in the phone my neighbors phone number, but it is "impossible" to change the instructions with only a few ours in advance. Well...
That Tuesday, the service worker was very early at home, so my wife was able to open the door.
The worker did install the friser. But not before asking for 59DKK for an adaptor to the socket.
Amount that, of course, my wife payed.
The installation itself, wasn't exceptional. There was one plastic left into the friser. Not a big deal.
The friser was very out of level. Thing that my wife made notice to the service worker. Apparently, he didn't new that the front legs can be regulated in high.
I did regulated them myself, when I went back home. 2minutes work...
In resume, never buy to this company, if you can avoid it.

I recently ordered Stadler Form Oskar Big humidifier from Punkt1. I couldn't have find it in other stores, and was happy that Punkt1 offers some. I received the item 1 week after the online purchase. The humidifier was in perfect condition, without defects.

Overall, I have very positive experience with Punkt1. Thanks!

I had ordered a vacuum cleaner and had decided to pick it up from one of the branches (Søborg). The service was prompt and excellent. The only problem was that there was no confirmation if the consignment had reached the shop at Søborg. So I had to call up the customer service and they informed me that it was already delivered. But it was a very small problem. I am satisfied.

Upåklageligt. Punktum.
