They never showed up for the delivery in the four-hour window. Then promised to come for several more hours and also did not show up. Time taken off of work for appointment. Unreliable and bad service. Better to avoid this company.
For half a year I have been trying to get Kølemøller to replace a wrong ice cube maker - delivered in our office space in April. It is sad that a company of 2020 can get away with not facing its mistakes and not taking any responsibility.
The choice of using Kølemøller has costed me as an office manager many sleepless hours, so much extra work and a lot of money for the company I represent. And we are still left on our own with the wrong machine, that we didn't order, and with no solution from Kølemøller.
Kølemøller has been trying to tell me that I accepted the machine - since I got it installed. But that is not true. I never accepted the machine - then I wouldn't have been bothering for such a long time, trying to hold them accountable.
Even the fact that I can document it all isn't leading to any solution. I simply can't spend more time on Kølemøller, so now I bought the correct machine + sold the wrong model.
My advice to everyone out there will be to never use Kølemøller.
Bad service and information resultet in my newly bought washing machine wrecked my walls and my floor due to the transportation bolts not having been moved after it was delivered. Will never use these guys again.
