Despite repeatedly reminding staff I have an account they continue to fail to credit me with loyalty points.
Once could be understandable, but this happens multiple times. Then I'm told tough luck basically which I find rather impertinent.
I have spent many hundreds of pounds over the years but I'm seriously considering taking my money elsewhere if this noncommittal attitude of staff continues.
Most disappointing.

In general, GV burnham is really good. Staff are helpful, though sometimes they’re too busy to process pick up orders it’s usually fine to go in there and check. I do wish they’d have more normal liquids rather than nic salts or those giant bottles. (Hint lol).
