Staff was amazing
I needed earrings and necklaces for a few weddings I had coming up and had absolutely no idea where to start. I don’t buy jewelry that frequently and usually don’t wear necklaces or anything other than simple earrings and an Oura ring. Emma at the Fillmore store absolutely saved the day and was so patient and kind explaining everything and trying to find the best pieces to match what I was wearing to each wedding. She made me want to start to wear more jewelry in my everyday life. I will definitely be back as I build out my own jewelry collection since Gorjana has such great things for different types of events

I have purchased many rings and all of them have tarnished within two years. The company does guarantee the jewelry won't tarnish. The fact is, it does. They make the customer engage in high effort to return items at customer costs. It is overpriced gold coated jewelry. I think they bank on the reality that people won't go through the effort to make the return once it does tarnish.
