Absolutely love this company
Absolutely love this company! They have the best customer service and the perfect jewelry for any occasion. I wish they would come out with a half eternity band, but they’re perfect otherwise! I always go here for my jewelry and save up to go here for my fine jewelry purchases because they have the best quality and most helpful staff and they stand by their jewelry for life!

Lasting earrings?
I love my crew earrings..however the silver earrings turned bad in color in a very short time. Naturally very disappointed. Customer service sent another but if it happens again I’d be very unhappy. I’ve also purchased gifts so I am concerned they won’t last. No water or oils so we’ll see. If they use a better material then I’d be more of a fan.

I was visiting Denver Colorado and I…
I was visiting Denver Colorado and I stopped by Park Meadows Mall on SaturdayJuly 11th 2026 around 2PM. Myself and my neice stopped in Gorjana shop to look at the initial pendants and bracelets. The young white girl treated us like "How did you all get into this store , let alone the mall" She was very rude,unprofessional, not pleasant at all. No class or tact a straight racist when it came to approaching us. It was definitely because we where black because her interaction with the other customers was totally different very friendly,helpful and approachable. I'm a NP and can purchase anything I place my hand on but after we where treated the way she treated us, we left the store. I was so upset and mad. I wanted to go back and give her a piece of my mind but it wasn't going to end well. I advised anybody and everybody to by pass walk passed this store.

I purchased a necklace with a defective clasp, and it was promptly exchanged. The bday gift I ordered for my granddaughter was delivered promptly, as we the wonderful earrings I purchased out of state but had sent to my Utah home because they were out of stock.
