Love the look of the three chains together

recently, i’ve made several purchases from gorjana. In 14K, a dainty ring, chain bracelet and necklace. I chose them for their simplicity. i’m tired of bold. although relatively new, the quality seems to be fine. i definitely have my eye on a couple more items.
also. when there was an issue with ordering, I reached out to customer service and I received a quick and helpful reply.

My items lost color very fast, you guys are not cheap, so I was very disappointted.

The associates are so friendly - and very knowledgeable!

As an all around jewelry lover, I pretty much know exactly what I want. But it's the experience shopping in-store that I always remember. So much so, I send my J.Jill customers right on over.

I have several pieces of Gorjana jewelry and love them. I love the easy clasp on the bracelet and charms and especially love that I can use the charms on either my bracelet or necklace! The only thing is I wish they made some of their charms bigger/longer as they are perfect for bracelet but small on necklace.

Modern and well fabricated earrings. They are comfortable too and now that summer is here my hair is up and the earrings show. Great look!

I love the upbeat personal service I get every time I go. Their sales folks are top notch.

This was my first visit to the new Gorjana store in St Louis, MO. It was great to see everything in person. Of course, the staff noticed immediately I was wearing a few Gorjana pieces. :) The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely will purchase even more pieces in the future.

The Long Beach Gorjana team is awesome! The inventory is most always on hand, but if not, the staff helps to place an online order for delivery to your house. I enjoy picking up a new piece, bracelet, or charm each time I visit the coast -- and right now, the new merch is beachy and coastal. Love it!

Purchased a piece of jewelry as a gift and it broke after the second timing wearing it within 30 days. The Salesperson where I made the purchase advised me to contact customer service. No replacement or refund was offered. Dissapointing to say the least, money spent for nothing!

I love the bracelets but the clasps just wear out. I have replaced 2 that I lost and had a couple replaced because they didn't stay on. Lost another bracelet today!! I am done - cannot keep buying new ones every 4 to 6 months! Love them but clasps are awful!!

After reading the many 1-star reviews for this company, I now realize my disappointing experience is sadly not all that unusual. It should tell you something when 25% of the reviews are only 1-star. It's also suspicious that the company doesn't allow people to review on the page where you place the order and makes us go to sites such as Trustpilot to read reviews. The clasp on the necklace I recently ordered was impossible to open. I reached out via a supplied e-mail for support and got back a response that the message was undeliverable. I attempted to contact them by replying to their e-mail notifying of the product's arrival, and got zero response. I took the necklace to a jeweler who told me the clasp was actually defective and that the quality of the necklace made it not worth the cost of repair. With the cost of the necklace, taxes, and the extra fee for overnight shipping, it was an expensive lesson learned to never order from this company in the future.
