If you’re looking for a company that treats responding to customers like an optional extracurricular activity, Gorjana is an excellent choice. Emails disappear into the void, responses arrive whenever the stars align, and when you finally hear back, you’re rewarded with an answer that somehow manages to be both unhelpful and condescending.
I especially appreciated feeling like I was the problem for asking a reasonable question about an order. That’s a customer experience you just can’t get everywhere.
For a brand that positions itself as premium, the customer service feels surprisingly amateur. Respectful communication, accountability, and follow-through shouldn’t be revolutionary concepts.
The jewelry may sparkle, but unfortunately the customer service experience is dull, dismissive, and frustrating. After this experience, I’ll be spending my money with companies that remember customers are the reason they exist.
*edited to clarify- I have combined two experiences into this single review. The first experience I had was three years ago and I was met with the most sarcastic and condescending employee via text. I was so annoyed with this experience. I wasn’t wasting my time writing a review but two weeks ago I decided to give them another try and when it appeared that my package had been lost in transport, I reached out and this time was just completely ignored. So this time I decided I’m definitely writing a review to let others know how their customer service will treat you.

Beautiful jewelry made to last
The jewelry is beautiful and I’m never disappointed when I receive my order. I bought two bracelets for my granddaughter who is graduating from high school. I gave them to her this past weekend and she absolutely loves them both!
