Website great but order not completed and no reason given.

Choose your online items carefully since it costs you postage out of pocket to return them and then to be charged another $18 for Gorman to send out another size. For one tiny tank top. To the wrong address (I had sent something to my daughter in the SHOP app the day before so it went to her). The exorbitant postage charges means I will never order online from Gorman again.

every time i visit the store in highpoint which is very often/ im always welcomed with a smile and genuine customer service ,, always so happy with all my purchases my fabourite brand of clothing always get the nicest compliments ten out of ten for me xx

Clothes are overpriced and poor of quality. Super thin material that you can see straight through. Would not recommend.

Why don’t you have a contact phone number or, at the least, a contact email address so that a customer can have a query responded to by an actual person? Such awful customer service. If the clothes weren’t so fabulous, I would stop being a customer. Your customer service is extremely frustrating.

Gorman makes quality clothes, using sustainable fabrics and flattering designs. Their staff are friendly and efficient. Beautiful pieces that make you feel comfortable and fashionable.

I’ve loved Gorman for years for its unique prints and Australian creativity, but the quality has really dropped lately. My linen pants became threadbare and developed a hole within a year, even with light wear, and newer items show fabric pulling after just a few uses. Customer service is slow and unhelpful, making returns or refunds difficult. It’s sad to see such a once-reliable brand lose its way. I hope Gorman listens to loyal customers and improves its quality and support before more people give up on them.

Really surprised with its bad reviews. I've ordered scrubs 3x from gormanshop and have not had any issues. I'm 5'1 so needed a little adjustment on the scrub pants lenght. Otherwise material is good, breathable and the prints and colours are wonderful. I've had compliments especially on the blue fruit bowl scrub set. Many thanks... will definitely be returning.

I wish I would have read all these review before purchasing from this company.

I bought my baby (8-month) old two pairs of socks. On the product page, it listed "one size fit all", with a standing kid model wearing the socks (who is at least 11m-1.5y old). When I received the socks, the label is 0-6m. It is totally unacceptable and it does not fit my baby. I am an UK customer so it takes more than the socks price to return this item. I wrote to the CS but no responds so far.

Besides, I ordered another kid sweater and was really excited to wear it on my boy. Just after one gentle wash (20 mins wash, 30 degree water, 1200 spinning speed - not the highest), the cotton-like material fell off and it was all over the washing machine and stuck on all other clothes. That's very disappointing to receive kid clothing in such quality esp my boy has eczema.

Although their designs are fun and colouring that I like, to avoid all troubles, I would not recommend purchasing from this company esp if you are foreign customers. I wrote to the customer service about the above concerns but no responds so far. I also read their return policy. They tend to provide voucher or credit for your next purchase without giving the refunds. That's not protecting consumers.

Absolutely appalling customer service Gorman! I have been waiting SIX WEEKS for my order to be delivered. I've sent numerous emails asking when can I expect delivery and I've had no reply pertaining to my order. How hard is it to communicate with your customers? Gorman was quick to create a shipping number, but the delay in shipping in ridiculous and the lack of customer service is beyond dreadful. I wouldn't recommend shopping online with Gorman

Just the most appalling customer service ever! I ordered online a dress for a holiday. I have been a long time fan of Gorman but no more. They left my address off the parcel and NZ Post returned to sender. I tried to contact Gorman but could only talk to AI generated chat bots no reply emails. Eventually got to talk to someone in a store who got customer service to call me and offered a “online store credit”. No thank you! I want a full refund including the courier fee. Still waiting! 😡

Hi, I bought this frock from a Recycle Boutique in NZ, it was obvious it had never been worn so I was thrilled with it. I wore it once & washed it cold gentle machine cold wash with mild detergent as the label stated. Inside out. Organic cotton! I'm just ironing it and the beautiful spots have disappeared in places 🙄 Imagine my disbelief, disappearing dots.... I got comments how lovely it looked. Anybody else experienced this issue? Heartbroken 💔 of Wellington. Love to share photos

I bought a dress for Christmas from Gorman online for $291. It did not fit properly so I returned it to sender. There was no return information in the package the dress came in so I thought this was the appropriate thing to do. I contacted Gorman via email and they did not reply. I have recently contacted them again seeking my money back only to be told they can't find the package and as a gesture of goodwill they will give me half of the purchase price as a voucher. As if I ever want to purchase anything from this company again!!!!! Beware do not buy from them especially online.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I'm a first time U.S. customer, and I will never purchase from this company again. The sizing is way off and their medium fit like size large. I was astonished at the extremely poor quality given the cost. Sheer material that felt stiff and cheap despite a $90 price tag on sale. I purchased sale items and it's not even worth it to send them back for store credit only. The shipping fees make returns and exchanges pointless. Shady company, crappy products, stupid customer service. Never doing business with them again. Avoid at all costs.
