The customer service contact is via email and they do not respond.

I’m 2 weeks down the track now and the item hasn’t even been dispatched.
Save your time and money.

Zero customer service! I've given up trying to get a response to my refund query, and probably won't shop online with Gorman again.

If I could give half a star I would. Waited 3 weeks only for them to refund 2 (out of 7) items and then a further 10 days later I received 1 item. Contacted again and was told more packages would arrive and eventually given tracking numbers that didn’t work. Then received another item today. It has been over 5 weeks since ordering and I am over it!! Never again.

One star for the products - I do like them - but the customer service is horrible. Items are constantly either unavailable after ordering online, or delayed by weeks before shipment. I’ve been waiting for a refund on an order that was delayed because of stock issues for two months now and no one has replied to any of my inquiries using the method they told me to contact them with. Horrible horrible customer service and bad business practices!!!

I very rarely do online purchases because I’m always unsure but Gorman WAS a reputable brand once. I placed an order with Gorman of 3 items 8 weeks ago and I’ve received some message (after emailing to ask where my order was) with a tracking number but it says it can’t be found. I can’t get a refund. China and the US are mentioned in the email as the carriers. Now my credit card has been hacked on line. I have no idea who by but behaviour like this from big companies makes me nervous. I would NEVER EVER purchase on line from Gorman again and I’m going to follow it up with the ACCC.

Horrible scam of a company! I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and have not heard from Gorman since. I can't cancel my order because all of the customer service is automated.

When I send a chat message, there are only pre-selected options that refer me to an email address. When I email them, I get an automated message back saying I can "usually" expect to hear back within 72 hours. It's impossible to reach a human. This business is criminal (and yes, I checked that I ordered from their official website).

I also can't find their ABN anywhere to report them to Australian Competition & Consumer Commission. Please, if you live in Australia, report this company to law enforcement! I am located in the USA, so I guess my only recourse now is a dispute with my credit card company to try to get money back. Sucks because I love the clothing, but they've literally robbed me.

I placed an order more than two weeks ago. They took my money and they have not shipped yet. The customer service seems to be a joke, the only thing they send to you is an automatic answer, the customer messages seem to be forwarded into some dark void. The chat on the website delievers the same answer in circles. Two years ago, my order arrived one week later in Germany. And I can still that one in my customer account. So the website is legit.We will see...

Been waiting nearly a month for my order. You just go around in circles with their chat.

Worst customer service ever in fact there is NO customer service at all. GORMAN YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. You STOLE my money and I have never received a refund or the product that I purchased and you have no ANSWERS just a pathetic sorry email that has never resolved anything .Absolutely Disgusting SCAMMERS.. My experience with an online order from gorman mirrors the below orders in that I ordered the item 13 days ago, it hasn’t been shipped yet, and despite various attempts at contacting them, no satisfactory response. I reported to ACCC today. Please also report your experience. If we don’t report this company nothing will change. Their behaviour is totally unacceptable

Please be careful shopping with them online. They sent me the wrong size I returned paid for the return too. Didn’t hear anything from them for weeks. They then sent me a store credit saying I can’t have a refund due to the item not being full price because I used my welcome voucher. It’s not my fault they sent the wrong size. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I have made a complaint to ACC and asked my bank to help out.

Avoid awful customer service. I purchased items 3 weeks ago, visit tracker and they haven’t been shipped as yet. The tracker doesn’t recognize my order number!!! I’ve sent 4 urgent emails no response. There’s no phone number to call and it isn’t clear which email to use. I’m really quite upset - this is crap. Quick to take money but what about a refund?? I’m

I received an empty package with 2 dockets, 1 docket wasn’t my order, the other was. I contacted consumer complaints with images, 3 weeks past & I have received a package today with one of the three items I originally ordered. Customer service is a bucket full of zero, choose carefully!

I have to say this first that Gorman clothing is so cute and I love and wish I could buy more but... their shipping is terrible to the US. I ordered a lot of items on the first go around from the sale and outlet. What I found out is when you order multiple items they ship items from different stores around Australia. It took weeks to get the first, then the second, then the third, and then the fourth!!! Even one of the items I ordered was apparently sold out and I was refunded after I got my first order in the mail. Whats odd is that item and size is still available online. They really need to get their inventory down and get a wearhouse that they only do online shipments. Just get it together Gorman because you have such cute items that you can't find in the states!!

I ordered from the proper website, not a scam, but it feels like a scam. Nearly 3 weeks after taking the payment for my order and absolutely no further action on it, i sent a request for cancellatuon and refund, which was completely ignored for a week. The product was sent to me anyways, 3 days after my email and when I no longer have interest in it. The item that justifed purchasing from Aus to NZ is suddenly out of stock. Another refund request is made and yet the other part of the order is sent separately. Only after shipping all items do they reply to my request saying "It's all been sent now, we take full ownership (!!!) but we won't give your refund anymore because it'sbeen shipped". They dare say they take "ownership", but they must have a different description for that in their dictionary. GORMAN HAS NO COSTUMER SERVICE. it's appalling. Never buy from the website, ever. Never.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered and PAID FOR my item 2.5 weeks ago and it’s still not dispatched. I have chased multiple times, only to be fobbed off with vague and unhelpful responses - or no response at all. Meanwhile, my inbox is overwhelmed with their marketing emails! I will never ever buy anything online from Gorman again. Like ever.

If I could choose 0 stars I would.
Over one month in total of Gorman having my money and then I find out after I ask that the product is unavailable.
THE WORST customer service I have experienced. No update to delayed shipping and then after waiting three weeks, the product is out of stock.

Would not recommend buying anything online from Gorman this is the second time it has happened to me…..should have learned!
Will not buy from this store again.

Product took 3 weeks to come, arrived damaged (no bubble wrap at all for ceramic pieces coming from Oz to NZ). Gorman took 2 weeks to come back to my complaint and has asked I pay to send back the smashed cups??! Terrible service.

I am really surprised at all the negative reviews.
I have been to the Store in Westfield and loved the clothes. This was my first time ordering from Gorman on line - I ordered a dress on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday.
It is exactly like the picture - the style and fabric are absolutely gorgeous.
I ordered before reading the reviews so was a bit nervous but they have far exceeded my expectations.

I'm noticing a lot of negative reviews but I suspect this may be because scammers have set up fake Gorman shops recently and advertised them on Facebook. I clicked on one and it's only because I know the website so well that I realised something was wrong. Also there was a massive hack on Optus last year and the Factory X websites were all affected. I usually have a good experience with buying from Gorman. I've taken off one star because service is not consistent and the quality of fabrics, fit and construction are not what I wish they were. If you like something when it comes out, stay on the mailing list and you will know when it goes on sale. Gorman holds fantastic flash sales on popular items only weeks after new releases.
