Canvas memories
I ordered a canvas pic and the canvas was not stretched tight, I contacted Gossby and I was sent another canvas that was perfect. No hesitation from the co. Just replaced asap. Recently I ordered another what I thought was a canvas but I somehow ordered a digital print instead. Gossby has continually contacted me to get my feedback as they perfected the photo, and alerted me that I had ordered a digital print not canvas. Immediately they refunded me and directed me to what I thought I ordered the first time. Again they have contacted me numerous times to get my opinion on the photo they were making for me. So for me I can not praise them enough for their quality and professionalism with customer service. Will def be a long time customer.

1,014 piece Jigsaw Puzzle - Christmas Puzzle | Sisters, Sisters…There were never such devoted Sisters
The box my puzzle came in was collapsible and did not have a picture the size of the box, as shown in the ad. The picture is the size of an index card! I wrote and asked for a larger picture. I was told that they could send me a jpeg, which was fine, but used a lot of our ink when we printed it out. I am disappointed about that.
It was a very difficult puzzle, in my opinion, due to the fact that both Christmas trees are identical, and, once I figured out where the snow flakes went, the dark sky and bushes were really hard to figure out. Since I had the jpeg, I used my iPad to zoom in, which was really helpful.
I don't usually do puzzles, but I bought this to do with my sisters in the future. I wanted to make sure all of the pieces were there, so I did it by myself first. It took a long time!
Once I finished it, it looked great! All of the pieces were there and the characters are adorable!!
I decided to separate the sections into baggies to make it easier next time. I think my sisters will appreciate that.
