Great customer service
The writing on 2 of the four mugs was not sharp. Letters appeared smeared. I was disappointed in the quality however I was contacted by Gossby and they immediately replaced the 2 defective mugs. Very pleased with the customer service.

My wife said so...
I was unsure if my wife would like the mug so I only ordered one. Needless to say, she loves it. I haven't seen her so excited like that when I gave it to her since our wedding day. Now she told me to order one for all of us. Like a good husband, I do what I am told...lol. I definitely recommend this company for everyone. The customer service makes you feel like your talking to a family member or old friend. The delivery took less then a week, but that depends on where your shipping to. After you finish reading this review, go browse their site and see for yourself!

Why only 5 stars? Can't I make it 10? :) I am totally impressed with Gossby! My mug came super fast, great communication, exactly as I pictured it with precise detailing and the packaging? My goodness, even the postal service King Kong wanna-bees couldn't have hurt it, totally encased in styrofoam. I will definately be back!

Grandson's first Christmas
I purchased a Christmas tree ornament for my grandson's first Christmas. On one side it had a picture of him in his leaving the hospital outfit. The other side capture all the important stats of his birth. It will be something I and my daughter (bought her the same one) will cherish for many years to come.
