Beautifully made product, great packaging but gocable is totally useless ~ as it will NOT take a charge. Tried several different chargers, but absolutely no go.
VERY disappointed and of course this is a “No Returns” product?

They substituted the new standard USB3 magnetic heads on my order instead of the standard 3 mix types.

Love the cable however it does not charge fast at all

Great product… but… would be even better if the magnetic heads could swivel direction like the previous versions do. I find this easily loses connection because it can’t swivel.

I have made several purchases from this company in recent years but had issues with both of the last two purchases. In one instance the website negated a discount and this only became apparent once the confirmation email was sent. In both instances repeated attempts to communicate with the company (email and through the website) failed. Everything was eventually sorted, refund of the overcharge has been received and the products are really good.

Very good item

After 10 days of use, the cable melted. Fortunately, it didn't burn down the house. I have sent 3 emails requesting a refund but haven't heard anything back. Considering then don't have an ABN I shouldn't be surprised. I would recommend not purchasing from this company.

Terrible. Have tried to contact the company multiple times over many weeks requesting assistance to return faulty cables. They haven’t responded at all despite claiming to have a 30 day guarantee policy.

These cables and connectors make it so much easier and faster to connect, no plugging in just place cable near device and bingo magnet connects.

I was looking for a recharging cable for my iPad and iPhone because they were cracking around the part that goes into the phone/iPad. More than useless as the magnet doesn’t hold the connection and the charge goes on and off. I have returned the cables and written to the company numerous times but have not had a reply or refund.
