Advertises a fantastic portable projector, but it's crap. Can't watch Netflix, Pride, Disney... Not 4K quality either. Delivery time 6-7 weeks. Doesn't respond to emails when you're dissatisfied, even though they advertise satisfied customers and good service. DO NOT buy from this crappy store!

Fooled too. Ordered a projector on december 11th. Still waiting february 10th. They keep sending me fake tracking codes when I ask for a refund. I dont expect it to arrive anymore.

Stay away from this seller - I ordered a projector that was COMPLETELY different from what was described on the page of the seller. When I wanted to return the product, the seller didn't want to provide a return address.

Scam, haven't gotten my product and it's been a couple of months now.

PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!! Not only do the items take a ridiculous amount of time to arrive, they are not what's advertised. I ordered a projector that supports 4K and what I received barely does SD. It heats up really quickly and the remote buttons don't all work. Don't even think about getting a refund, it will cost you more to send back. I checked their website and they now don't even advertise a projector. STAY CLEAR AS THEY ADVERTISE THROUGH FB!!!!

Don't buy projector...piece of shit fraud! Took over 6 weeks before getting mine (even though I payed for faster shipping) ROFL what a joke...was suppose to be shipped from USA but finally was shipped from China...STAY AWAY!

I would ignore the fake bot good reviews about this site. I ordered a projector, the photos were taken from a legitimate advert, it was a counterfeit product, that didn’t do what it said, or have the features it said it had. They tried to offer me minimal compensation, refusing to aknoweldge my actual words, and kept saying how expensive it would be to send it back to them, to china…when their advert said it ships from the USA. I took it to PayPal, and asked them to pay postage and packing to return it if they want their fake product back that much. Essentially ended up losing £60 in the end- please don’t buy it’s a blatant scam that PayPal won’t do anything about!

I ordered the projector on November 22, 2024. Today, January 27th, 2025 I finally received it. After sending two emails concerned that I have not received my package, of course, each email was responded to quickly with "we will send you a replacement" with new tracking information. The first tracking info I received it was coming from Spain. The second, from China. I was very surprised when I saw it on my doorstep. I opened it and set it up and all was running smoothly, until two buttons on the remote stopped working 5 minutes into the setup process. The 'OK' and arrow 'up' button to be exact. Without a working remote the projector will not work. That 'OK button is an important one. I lived it, I learned it, don't make my same mistake. Amazon has some better projectors! Go look there. 🙂

I ordered a pair of shoes, i paid $6.99 for their VIP shipping. Two months after i received the package with the shoe, correct style and color but it was three sizes smaller. By the time that i received the package, conveniently for them, neither the order number or the tracking number worked on their website, i couldn't view or get an invoice or track the order. I opened a case through PayPal, but I'm not satisfied with the outcome. This is the response " We have confirmed with the warehouse shipping staff that the product was shipped according to the dimensions on the order without any errors. We apologize for the trouble caused. Can you resell it to a friend or relative ? We can refund you $7 as compensation for this situation."

Projector ordered on 9th December as a Christmas gift has still not been received 6 weeks later. Customer service is a disaster and tracking details provided are incorrect and useless. I have been denied a refund and have reported as a fraud to my credir card company. Hopeless company that fails in every area

It’s been 7 weeks since I placed our order and paid for VIP shipping! Which was supposed to be 3-5 days. They keep sending fake updates on the shipping from China. DO NOT ORDER from this company!!

I ordered a projector in November 2024 and it never arrived. They don't answer the emails and don't return the money. Don't make the same mistake. BE AWARE.

Complete SCAM!!!! I ordered on November 26th. Fake responses, fake tracking numbers. I ordered from a fb add. I am now disputing the charge.

I have yet to recieve the order I placed in the beginning of December. When I fonto "track my package" it has not left the same spot since Dec 29th. I am very very upset. Horrible customer service as well when I tried contacting them

complete scam website DO NOT ORDER from. I ordered 4K Smart projector and waited 8 weeks to get it and received a 480P dollar store projector. They would not send what I ordered nor a refund unles I shipped the projector back to China on my expense.

It has been over 6 weeks since I placed an order for a projector from an ad I saw on facebook.
Never received my order.
Customer service responded to my emails, but gave me a fake tracking number.
When I brought that to their attention, they didn't respond. So, today I disputed the charge with my credit card company after reading all these bad reviews of them scamming other customers the same way they did me.
Beware!

SCAM!!! I ordered a projector. They sent me "updates" about where my package is. Once the package got to the US and passed customs, I stopped receiving "updates" and was never provided another tracking order.

First of all they charged me 20 euro too much, and it said 3-7 days delivery time. I have still not got my projector, and its almost 1,5 month since my order. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Scam
