Made a booking online
Made a booking online, no contact for 24 hours, then an email to say booking was cancelled. No explanation or alternative. As I needed the car the next day I booked train tickets. Next morning a different company rang to say they had agreed to the booking from Gotrentalcars (agent) and did not know why Gotrental had canceled. They had a car, however it was too late for me. Won't use Gotrental again..messed up my trip
