Throughout the duration of my engagement, I encountered numerous challenges and setbacks due to a complex property type sale, which regrettably led to stressful circumstances. However, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional response from Miss Tibble, the head of the department team. She adeptly clarified and resolved all outstanding issues, demonstrating a profound appreciation for us as customers and ensuring we felt valued. I’ve just completed my house sale with Gough Thorne and can’t recommend them highly enough. Been an absolute pleasure having Dawn and Manraj manage the conveyancing on both my sale and purchase. They were communicative throughout the entire process, regularly chasing the other party and ensuring actions were taken swiftly when other parties were slow. An extra mention has to be given to Dawn in particular due to the complexity and challenges with my sale (BSA leasehold flat). Absolutely excellent service, I could not of asked for more. I want to thank Andrew’s team particularly Andrew Groves & Rakesh Goraniya. I purchased a shared ownership bungalow in Milton Keynes which is more complex than a standard purchase but they could not have made it more easier for me with their expertise and knowledge. They kept me up to date regularly. To top it all they worked so hard to complete my purchase on a Friday working till late. I will definitely be using them for my next job extending the lease and any other legal matters.
