Wish I'd read these BEFORE ordering
Wish I'd read these reviews BEFORE I ordered. Ordered 4/12, still not delivered & "Customer Services" couldn't give a tiny rat's ass. My first (& last) time using them. My advice? Go with a big name company who value their reputation.

Appalling service - gift still not arrived. Ordered on 2/12/22 for a birthday on 10/12/22.
Website indicated delivery would be by 7/12/22.
Customer Service could not care any less.

Two arrived damaged
I ordered a chocolate pizza and part of it was damaged. I sent them photos and they replaced it free of charge but on arrival of the second that was damaged in the same place.They said they would give me a refund instead of sending out a new one.I didn't want a refund i just wanted a perfect as advertised pizza.Not impressed

Hello, We're sorry to hear that you weren't impressed with your experience with us. I've spoken to our customer service team this morning and I understand that in this instance, the decision was made by the owner of the company not to resend any more pizzas, but to instead offer a full refund, and for you to keep the two 7" pizzas which had already been delivered with our compliments.
Please rest assured, we are currently in the process of investigating this incident with our delivery partners, to ensure the risk of breakages is minimised wherever possible.
Birthday gifts
Bought a couple of items for son's and husbands birthdays-both look nice-yet to try them. Ordered Fri 24th June, delivery expected by Mon 27th Jun. Delivery a day late-at £4.95 I did expect quicker.

Good Chocolate - Terrible Customer Service
Their chocolate is very good but their customer service is awful and the whole order and delivery process was poor and caused a good deal of stress. Firstly order was cancelled by them then reinstated but despite having paid extra charges for specified day deliveries they were not delivered when they should have been. On sending a complaint regarding this and requesting a refund for the additional delivery charges a curt message was received in response stating they would refer the concerns to the management team but would not be refunding! We will not use them again nor would we recommend them. It is not just the quality of a product that is important to customers and unfortunately this company seem to be oblivious to that fact.

Such a great idea for a gift! I was struggling to find the perfect chocolate gift for my colleagues at work until I found this amazing chocolate pizza. I also ordered one for myself and the taste is also great. Well deserved 5 stars!

Ordered 6 chocolate pizzas with personal messages and only one person out of the 6 received their personal message which meant I had to ring round the other 5 to explain the pizzas were from me. Not a great experience, given that they were meant to be thank you surprises. I informed the Gourmet Pizza Company of the error and they said they would look into it. That was three months ago and not heard anything since...

AVOID THIS COMPANY...TOOK MONEY AND DIDNT DELIVER
I ordered this through costco online it never arrived...I ordered it 4 weeks beforehand...And they said I ordered too close to the cut off..WELL WHY TAKE MY MONEY AND DELIVERY DATE THEN?!!! I'm now left with nothing for my husbands birthday and 3 upset kids.....!!!
