Don’t use. This is a good waste of money.
I initially thought this was a site to apply for visa and paid the fees only to realize that this is only a service to prepare docs and it’s priced exorbitantly. I did not go through the application and doc preparation and asked for a refund which as I expected they flatly refused.
Please avoid using this service.

This business is a total rip off
This business is a total rip off! I sent them the full amount of R7000,00 to apply for a schengen visa for me when I was stuck in the state of Isreal. I emailed through part 1 of my application to them in the afternoon in an incomplete state, the following morning I cancelled my application and even got a reminder to complete the second leg of the application to which i replied I no longer required the visa nor the application in its completed state. I requested a refund given that the company could not have done a single thing with my application with one working hour left of the day and an incomplete application, to which they replied that irrespective of what they do on the application, it arrived in their system and for that purpose they will charge me the entire fee!
This is absolute theft and dishonesty in its highest form! How does an company charge a full fee for an incomplete application, it blows my mind this! It is distrustful and dishonest. If anything, they could have charged a part portion fee of receiving my application even though they did absolutely nothing with it, but that would somehow and sort of make an iota of sense, but this, is just theft and robbery! I will appeal this as high as is necessary!
