I called to edit my application and Jack assisted me with that process! He asked thorough questions and made sure all was well taken care of!

At first, it was a little sketchy; it took me a little while to get hold of the representative. I tried to send an email and didn't get a response. I called the first time and got an answer. When I called a second time, I got an answer. The representative Beth helped me really well and was instant and fast. She gave me many options to complete my application and offered additional help. She was excellent. Sometimes you just have to call maybe once, twice, or a third time to get an answer, but when you do, they're able to assist your needs very well

When I applied for Global Entry there was an error with accessing my application. Jade M from Global Entry technical support was very helpful. Jade sent me the correct PassID and it worked great. Jade was very responsive and did an excellent job. I appreciate it very much!

I had an amazing experience with Georgina. She was incredibly knowledgeable and always had the right answer to my questions without any hesitation.

I was continually receiving an error issue on the website for renewing my Global Entry. I sent a message to customer service and in less than 5 minutes, I received a reply with assistance in resolving my issues. With the back-and-forth replies and text messages, it took all of 20 minutes! SO grateful for our government employees!

The person I was working with (Rachel) did a fantastic job. I had made a mistake on my original form and the timeline for me to correct it online had pasted. I made a typo on my application form. Called the customer service line and was on the phone with someone in seconds - they fixed the typo and had the new application sent over in about a minute.
