A lot of patience and very well explaining procedures

I was confused about the passport shipping process and worried I wasn't going to receive my original documents. However, I reached out to Govswift and the responded quickly to explain my documents would be arriving in a separate package after my passport. They were extremely prompt and helpful!

The delivery. Exceptional. I blinked and my requested outcome came true.

I have to say...I have been blown away by the wonderful and consistent service I have been provided in getting my and my husband's global entry cards renewed. We were both having a heck of a time and through many follow up emails and texts, I have had my problems resolved and now have an active global entry card once again. In times of such non personal or really, no service at all, the team (and it was a team) of wonderful workers came to my rescue. I am exceptionally grateful for their help!! 5 star all the way! Like you don't see anymore!!

The representative, Shiela was very prompt in all inquiries and response. I was trying to get an appointment for the global entry interview. I hadn't heard back in three weeks so I decided to follow up and everything went smoothly after that. Got my interview scheduled.
