Everything was arranged beautifully. Every detail was taken care of and we had a very complete and detailed itinerary, which ran like clockwork. Katie got back to us almost immediately whenever we had questions. She was a huge support and eased our mind about everything. We would highly recommend Goway travel, and Katie, in particular. We hope to use them for future trips!

We went on an 18-day trip to Vietnam & Cambodia. It was customized for two couples.

We met a Goway Agent at our local Travel Show Expo in January 2025. We had booked a cruise to New Zealand for December 2025 and wanted to start our trip by experiencing Sydney Australia for a few days both before and after the cruise. We asked our travel agent to work with Goway to set an itinerary for us. The two companies worked well together in putting together things for our group of 14 to accomplish.

Once the plans were drafted, the fees paid, and our feet were actually in Sydney, the dream began.

All transportation connections were flawlessly executed. Most times the transportation was waiting for us. Only once was our wait more than 10 minutes. The private guide assigned to us was charming, thoughtful, helpful and well trained in the areas we were touring. The motorcoach drivers were excellent in the services provided to us.

The hotels we were booked into were of top quality. The tours and activities which were planned for us far exceeded our expectations. We toured the Sydney Opera House, went to the Sydney Zoo, experienced the Scenic Skyway at The Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains. We had a boat tour and lunch in Darling Harbor. We went to Bondi Beach and toured Museums and Botanical Gardens. It was like being in a "Wonderland" and our experience was due to the quality and expertise of the organization we had chosen to help us - Goway.

This organization knows how to show people the jewels of Australia. We may have been just "another tour booking" to them, but they made the entire experience a priceless memory for our family. We may never be able to return to that part of the world, but we will certainly be recommending the Goway organization to those we come in contact with who are contemplating a trip to the region.

Every Trip we have taken with Goway Travel has been great. The hotels & Resorts are always so nice. We have always been picked up on time for rides to our resort or hotels.

From start to finish, everything felt seamless, allowing us to relax and fully immerse ourselves in each destination. Throughout the journey, we consistently felt safe, supported, and incredibly well cared for something we deeply appreciated.

One of the most unforgettable highlights was our gorilla trekking experience. Spending time observing the gorilla family was nothing short of magical and deeply moving. We are also so grateful for our guide, Alexis. He added the adventure of visiting the Dian Fossey Campus. That experience added such depth and meaning to our time in Rwanda and made an already once-in-a-lifetime encounter even more special.

In Kenya, our guide Alex was absolutely exceptional. His knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm truly elevated our safari experience. He went above and beyond — offering additional experiences, sharing fascinating insights, and making tremendous efforts to help us see every animal on our bucket list. His passion for wildlife and culture was contagious, and we learned so much because of him.

We returned home inspired, filled with incredible memories, and with a strong desire to share our experience with family and friends. We are already encouraging others to embark on what is truly a once-in-a-lifetime journey.

From start to finish it was extraordinary! Maria put together the entire itinerary for three weeks visiting 4 cities in Thailand. My wife and I trusted GoWay Travel to tailor an itinerary that maximized our time in New Zealand (for 2 weeks) and immediately thereafter in Australia (for 2 weeks).

Our GoWay Travel advisor Paul W. planned such an extraordinary vacation experience for us that words do not do justice to her efforts. The breadth and length of our stay renders it impossible for me to itemize all that Paula W. made possible for us to savor.

What we hoped would be a "Bucket List" trip turned out to be precisely that. Paula W. clearly paid close attention to our tastes, to our age and ranges of physical fitness for different levels of travel exertion and to our interests. What we were provided was as memorable an experience as we could have wished for.

From airport and hotel transfers to unique one-of-a-kind experiences, we were so pleased with the seamless flow of everything that Paula planned (and importantly discussed in detail with us in advance).

Ruthanne did a wonderful job of helping to plan a very nice itinerary in El Salvador. It was a nice combination of small, colonial villages; historic areas, a coffee enterprise, an indigo shop, a volcano hike as well as plenty of time to relax. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Also, our driver/guide was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and flexible.

More like GoAway travel. In my opinion, they are not trustworthy. They sent us on a flight two time zones away and with almost no time to switch planes even though there were other flights available. This was egregious and caused us to miss a day of our vacation. Moreover, the service for pickup at the airport never showed up. So we paid for nothing. Their customer service was a joke and adversarial. They said they would refund the charge for the service which was not provided but didn't. Attempts to get a different flight were useless. No refund for any part of the lost day. I'm sorry that I ever contacted them. They're nice on the phone but proved to be snakes in the grass. I should have checked the itinerary more closely but trusted them. What a crummy organization. I tried to work with them but they don't seem to care. Read everything carefully. Ask for itemized costs and Buyer Beware!

Goway Travel did an absolutely phenomenal job handling every aspect of my group trip to Zanzibar and the Serengeti. Marielle is amazing! Her destination knowledge and expertise are unparalleled. She always responds promptly and efficiently. On the rare occasions when there is an issue during a trip, she handles it patiently and always makes certain the clients are taken care of. It is a pleasure working with her and she makes me look great to my clients! She is a huge asset to Goway.

6 of us just returned from Peru.
The tour was amazing including the Amazon jungle and Machu Picchu along with the Sacred Valley and Cusco.
Goway handled us from arrival in Lima throughout our tour until we departed Lima. The experience was top notch. There was nothing overlooked and we had enough free time to experience things on our own as well. I’d highly recommend Goway for your trip to Peru.

Customer Service is a MAJOR issue. Goway owes us a refund for a reservation in Ireland (Muckross House Killarney) that Goway apparently cancelled months prior to our travel, we prepaid. They were no help finding us a new place to stay. When the manager at Muckross finally found us a place, our travel agent told us to save our receipt. We submitted it for reimbursement, but wanted the reimbursement for our Muckross stay (which cost much more). We were reimbursed $400 for the new hotel, but that did not cover what we paid for Muckross, Goway went silent. Our travel agent plus our emails/calls have gone totally unanswered. It has been over 5 months. I decided it was time to write a review to fore-warn any future Goway clients. Another heads up- most of our reservations at the other hotels booked by Goway had "Expedia" on our check-out receipts.

We've had two unforgettable trips arranged by Joanne - Australia January 2024 and New Zealand in January 2026. Our itineraries were executed flawlessly and incorporated some on the go changes. Great advice and arrangements for things to do. Highly recommended!!!
