Great program which achieved our aims for our Perth stopover.

My husband and I just returned from an amazing two week trip to Vietnam. I have to thank our wonderful destination specialist, Harpreet Litt. She was so helpful and patient in the planning process, willing to customize the itinerary to our specific interests. We were so impressed with how smoothly everything went on the trip. All of the hotels were excellent and we had terrific guides (special shout out to our wonderful guide Quan in the North) and drivers. We felt like we were able to have some very unique experiences that were off of the beaten path away from the crowds. We highly recommend Go Way and Harpreet.

My clients just returned from their 3d vacation to the Maldives and told me how smoothly all the arrangements were and in fact when they flew home last night asked me to rebook for them -- with GoWay -- for the same vacation next January! Ruthanne organized a great trip for us to Peru. Everything ran smoothly and we saw great sights. She adjusted activities to our interests. This is our second GOway trip and we would definitely use them again

Alice Teramoto assisted us every step of the way from our initial ideas of what countries we wanted to visit down to quickly helping us navigate final pick-ups. She promptly answered question during the whole process and helped with navigating plane seat assignments. Her expertise and ability to always work towards a solution was greatly appreciated. Her experience with travel planning paid up for us throughout the entire trip.

I have been fortunate as a travel agent to work with Lydia Guo in the Asia department of Goway. I have used her services a number of times for many of my clients. She is knowledgeable and punctual in replying to our many emails or phone calls. All of the customized tours that she has worked many hours on, have worked out perfectly. Alice Teramoto was such a pleasure to work with on our New Zealand trip -- so knowledgeable and efficient. Once she found out I was traveling with my 16 y.o. son, she catered all the events so that he/we would have a blast and we did. She also took to heart that I really did not want to have to think about/make decisions while on trip so everything was pieced together seamlessly with clear instructions. We had zero issues while on trip staying in 4 different hotels over 10 days with multiple tours or transfers everyday. It is so hard to believe that it all went seamless - really an unbelievable trip.

Representative did a great job listening to our needs and preferences and matching bookings accordingly. All operators were timely, professional and on point. Hotel locations and itinerary was well organized. In summary Goway organized an outstanding journey!

We had a great trip to Costa Rica at the beginning of January. Mark did an excellent job of organizing an itinerary that kept all of us happy (2 couples). Jessica S at Goway did a great job of putting together a very detailed, 3 week, custom travel itinerary that allowed us to experience the top destinations and experiences in New Zealand (both on the North as well as South Islands), based on our interests and timeframe, all for a very reasonable price. Her expertise and knowledge of New Zealand saved us from having to do countless hours of research as well as the associated hassles of us having to book each individual tour, hotel stay, transfer, etc ourselves.
Creating a custom itinerary was so much better for us than taking a pre-packaged tour.
Our trip went great and there were no glitches.

Every items that was booked for us, like airport transfers, transport between cities, flights, trains, hotels, resorts, tours were exact and the drivers were always on time and had our names on a tablet.
It was very relaxing and enjoyable to know that at every place we were going, they had our names and correct reservation / information.
Even better, some of the tours, they had reserved a table for us, often in the best spot in the restaurant.

I wanted to share that my family had an incredible experience and could not stop raving about Vietnam and the exceptional services they received throughout their time there. They spoke especially highly of their host, Quan (spelling to be confirmed), who was truly an asset to their journey. He shared an impressive depth of history and local insight, which left a lasting impression on them.

One of the standout highlights was the private Master Cooking Class we arranged. The Master Chef was a woman, assisted by her niece, and my clients were deeply impressed—not only by the experience itself, but by the opportunity it provided to show their daughters examples of strong, successful women from Vietnam.

Returning to the orphanage from which they adopted their daughters was an especially meaningful and emotional experience for the entire family.

At every stop, they were met by drivers and staff who were consistently friendly and helpful.

I wanted to share this with you, as I was truly delighted to hear how much they enjoyed every aspect of the experience of this trip.

The Variety Cruise through the Seychelles was a wonderful experience. The crew was amazing and treated us like family. The food was delicious. The excursions were awesome! Though the cruise ship wasn't luxurious, it was kept clean for a dated ship. With only 28 passengers on board, the experience was intimate and a lot of fun.

I experienced one of the best trip to Bali in Sept 2025. I celebrated my birthday with a solo trip. Not one minute I felt unsafe. My guide Jim and driver Matood were amazing, knowledgeable and kind. The Balinese way.
Lawerence Ferrer my travel consultant worked with me all the way creating activities that flowed and not overwhelming. He was patient and checked with me consistently before my trip and even followed up afterwards. I will never travel again with a travel agent’s the experience is night and day.
