Traveling with a 10-month-old can be challenging, but Jamil took the time to customize every detail and ensured the entire trip was as seamless as possible. Trip to New Zealand. Logistically a nightmare. Scheduled airport transfers at 9am when flight was at 7am. Booked excursion to Milford Sound from Queenstown(probably the most common trip) and the company did not provide any contact information about pickup point, not even the name of service provider to allow direct contact. Unresponsive to telephone call and email. As a result missed the experience. Like many probably the only opportunity will ever have. Spent around $1000 to arrange alternative transport and other services I had paid for to this outfit . Do not recommend.

My family of 5 adults booked a 3 week custom trip to Japan with GoWay for Oct 2025.

We wanted a mix of activities, transportation and hotels that were booked for us through one point of contact, and some booked by us, as well as free days along the way.

Not many agencies will do this for you but GoWay did. Harpreet Litt was our agent and she delivered with gold stars. This was a bucket trip of a lifetime for us and she did not disappoint.

I am not joking when I say that absolutely nothing logistically went wrong. The private tours we had were a highlight with amazing guides. The bus tours were appropriate and of great value. Transport was easy and reliable and the rest of the time we enjoyed the public transportation and lots of walking of course! Everything we requested was delivered and at a fair price - this wasn’t a luxury vacation but it was comfortable where we needed it to be.

I would not hesitate to use them again and I am recommending them to anyone who wants their vacation on their own terms and within their budget.

Our Destination Specialist Mikayla McInnis did a terrific job putting the itinerary together and staying on top of changes posed by some airlines. She maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Every aspect of out trip was planned and timed to perfection. We could not have asked for more. Visiting New Zealand and Australia compares to none and the amazing experience will remain with us as unforgettable memory for life.

We had a fantastic trip put together by Amanda @ Goway Travel. Pick up to and from the airport went seamlessly. Our tour guides were great . The total package was quite memorable.

This was my first time working with GoWay. We had a group go to South Africa. Taha put together a fabulous trip for us. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. As a TA, I had the task to prepare a trip to Dubai for 32 women. I have been working with Nerea at Goway to work out all of the details on the trip. Nerea was very professional and helped bring my vision to reality with her expertise.
Upon arrival in Dubai, we were greeted by Ali our tour guide for the week. Ali was the best!! Ali was very knowledgeable and extended patience and care for such a large group of women. He ensured that we all felt safe and his hospitality was second to none. I will be conducting group trips to Dubai in the future and look forward to working with both Nerea and Ali again.

My husband and I planned our honeymoon to Thailand through Goway Travel, and we were absolutely blown away by how seamless and organized everything was. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the entire trip went off without a hitch!
