We booked our trip to the United Kingdom and France with Farnaz Bagheri, a destination specialist with Goway. Farnaz, and the Goway team have exceeded our expectations. Farnaz and Goway were extremely attentive and accommodating.

This was our first time in Europe, which brought a lot of excitement, but also anxiety as there was a lot of new elements for us to navigate. Our anxiety quickly faded when our journey began and the itinerary that Farnaz crafted for us came to life, and went flawlessly.

We are so grateful to have had such a flawless first trip to Europe thanks to Farnaz and Goway. We are so happy we put our trust in Farnaz and Goway and would absolutely book with them again!

I heartily endorse everything positive others have said about Goway Travel. We just returned from a lifetime bucket list trip to Tahiti, New Zealand, and Australia. Kimberly Brown was our travel specialist and our experience could not have been better, virtually perfect. Our hotels were convenient to our sights, timing and transfers were punctual, all city and excursion guides were exceptional and personable, and each day brought new joys. Exceeded our fondest hopes and dreams.

The experience was wonderful. Bora Bora was all the agent said it would be and what I had dreamed. It was paradise and I had gone to heaven, The meals and service was awesome as well as the people in Bora Bora. My travel agent Alice was very helpful in getting me everything I requested. I would go back again.

Karen pulled together an amazing out-of-season Alaska vacation for us in a very short timeframe that met everything we wanted to do and then some. From seeing the Aurora Borealis, flying around the Denali summit, taking a scenic train ride from Fairbanks to Anchorage, going dog mushing, taking a photographic tour of Turnagain Arm, to having a small boat sightseeing cruise of the glaciers and wildlife in Prince William Sound. We highly recommend Karen Larrota for listening to us and putting together our perfect vacation!!

My husband and I are seasoned travelers and for our much anticipated trip to Italy we wanted to see the country independently for 3-4 weeks. Melissa worked with us to get an independent itinerary that combined the type of hotels, activities and excursions that we wanted. She also arranged for all of our transportation - trains, and drivers, as well as a car rental. The entire trip went very smoothly. Melissa got us exactly what we were hoping for. This is our second trip planned with Goway - our first to Japan, Singapore and Thailand and we would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Melissa and Goway!

Great hotel locations in Florence, Milan, Palermo, Taormina and Cinque Terre . Good choices to help us understand cultural highlights. Great food tours. Some skip the line in Florence and Milan. We liked that good use of our vacation time.

On any issue the team was easy to communicate with using WhatsApp.

My wife and I just got back from a 4 week-long trip to Croatia, Italy, and Switzerland. I contacted Goway in March and we dealt with Melissa Moses, who was fantastic. I explained to her what I was looking for and she offered suggestions for our trip. One of those suggestions was to join a Group Tour in Italy. Melissa set everything up very well and the support from Goway was very professional. I would certainly consider using Goway again and, if going to Europe, would try to get Melissa.

I've worked with Goway Travel as a Travel Advisor for several years now and they always deliver on their vacation packages. I've sent families/social groups to Italy, Portugal, Dubai, Tanzania and recently Bali and all of the trips have been AMAZING! From beginning to end, they are very detailed in explaining everything to you for your clients and NEVER fail in fully executing the vacation plans as planned. They are my go to for excellent luxury service abroad. I highly recommend their services!

As a travel agent, I consistently work with Goway Travel to create and execute the best trips for my clients. They go above and beyond to ensure all of my requests are fulfilled - especially their Europe Destination Specialist, Allan. I know I can always count on him to help ensure my clients have the most memorable trips!

Goway earns a solid 3 stars for an organized and safe trip to the Amazon, Machu Picchu and Rapa Nui. Response time to inquiries during trip planning was weeks, not days. Requests for alternate tours resulted in a day of leisure. We made our own alternate arrangements with Viator or informally with the tour operator to get preferred tours. Timely responsiveness during planning could have earned them a 4th star. Accommodations fell short of requested 5 stars on two occasions. Other than assuring us that our concerns had been forwarded, Goway provided no assistance in correcting the situation. Fortunately, the hotel chain worked hard with us to find alternate accommodations that were acceptable. Goway's lack of response resulted in unnecessary stress and inconvenience in securing desired accommodations. Responsiveness to issues during the trip could have earned Goway a 5th star. We have dealt with 5 star travel companies, but Goway lacks the customer service to be in the top tier. Goway was great when we were kids.

My husband and I wanted a custom tour of Italy to celebrate his retirement. Michael Keon, our travel advisor at Goway was amazing. He not only listened to our requests but anticipated our needs. The scheduled tours were more than we expected. The boat trip to Capri was fantastic and so much fun. We look forward to planning another trip with Goway in the future.
