new idems are store returns they tested and may work or appear to work if you have a issue they're support is the worst I've ever seen if you're looking for a item and think your saving anything by the time you pay shipping and get something they didn't test correctly or they ship the wrong item and you deal with there support you will wish you never bought anything from them

They give quick responses before you place your order but good luck once you’ve sent money over. I placed an order£800 order and had £170 refunded when I’m missing around £500 of clothes in total. I’ve sent over 10 messages in the space of a week and have had no reply so have now requested a chargeback through my bank. Awful company.

Avoid at all costs. They still have £350 worth of my money and I have no products. Absolute scam. Opening a PayPal claim against them.

Terrible customer service manager :Danny, who is rude nd unprofessional, charged restocking fee no reason, I have to file dispute and get back my funds.

Avoid! I have been charged £788 and only received £240 of goods!!! There is no response from the company when you try & contact!! I am having to go through my bank to try & get my money back!! Shocking service!!

Placed order through Go wholesale but goods out of stock, only got a partial refund and still having to wait to be reimbursed for rest despite two emails saying that accounts are in the process of processing!!! Not good enough.

the site is easy enough to navigate, but the wholesalers based on the site never get back to you, the contact us section takes forever to get back to you, and with one wholesaler we placed two orders the first order took so long to be dispatched that both orders came together and we were still charged for two lots of delivery

I have been battling with the appropriate authorities to get my money back from them. The next stage will be court and I will make them liable for ALL costs. I WISHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I never ever, ever spent my money with them. I’m so distressed with the efforts I have to go through to retrieve my money back. It is so so so so so so unfair and inconsiderate. I will not stop till it’s resolved because why should I have to go through this for stuff I have not received.

Please do not spend your money here. I wish I had come across this page before parting ways with my money.

Not impressed at all. Ordered from 2 companies , 1 order arrived quickly a few flaws in products, but no returns portal to send back , so sent the items recorded delivery and still no refunds given 1 week later. The other company just didn't send just received an email giving a refund waiting to see if full amount is refunded ??? Would never use again!!

They usually say people only take time to write reviews if they get really good or really bad service. As with the other victims that have left reviews GoWholesale have also scammed me. I ordered over a month ago and deeply regret. I have had poor communication, haven’t received my items over a month later although they’ve taken the money and marked it as shipped. Takes long to get money back. I have had to open a case with PayPal and GoWholesale still ignore so I have had to escalate the case to PayPal. I will happily go as far as going to court knowing that I won’t be liable for any court fees just so they can understand business practices better and why legalities and laws exist and hopefully after that their last victim will be the last victim once and for all. DO NOT USE GO WHOLESALE!

You are very good and quick to dispatch the orders, but the pictures on the website are too blurry and less information about the product, but the worse is when you have something out of stock we wait ages to get the refund back and even we have to send a lot of emails asking for the refund and you don’t refund the amount of the delivery has you have to ! If the product was out of stock you didn’t delivery it so in that case you should refund the customer, but you don’t !

I am compelled to share my unfortunate experience with goWholesale to warn others. I was enticed by their seemingly impressive selection of power tools, advertised as new and high-quality. However, upon receiving my order, it became painfully clear that I had been misled. The items I received were far from new; they were visibly damaged and dysfunctional.

Despite reaching out to their customer service multiple times for a resolution, I was met with a shocking lack of responsibility and customer care. Not only did they refuse to acknowledge the issue, but they also denied my request for a refund or replacement, leaving me with faulty products and a sense of betrayal.

It's disheartening to encounter such fraudulent behavior. I urge potential customers to exercise caution and consider alternative vendors with a track record of honesty and reliability. goWholesale's deceptive practices and disregard for customer satisfaction are unacceptable, and it's important that consumers are aware of these red flags before making a purchase.

My order hasn't arrived after weeks. I understand this isn't their fault- as it comes from another company, but they clearly have no control/communication with the companies that sell through them. The customer service team was helpful at first but when it come to the point of wanting a refund, i now haven't heard from them in a week. These products i ordered were vital to my launch and now its put a downer on my whole launch and has left a bad taste in my mouth, defo wont be using them again.

The worse customer service ever, waiting for part of my order which was missing for over 3 weeks, they lie twice by telling me that they resent the missing items which they never did.

Easy website to use to with good payment terms, but if you ever have an issue they are so so poor at helping, they have no control over the brands they facilitate and you're just left with no resolution. Basic marketplace website, guarantees for good customer service and support are incorrect

Constantly get emails with just a message saying hi form one fo the suppliers,

Can’t unsubscribe from emails the button don’t work, now I’ve marked all there mail as spam as I was getting messages every 5 minutes

Tread carefully with this business. They take your money for orders but only part refund! You pay VAT on orders not fulfilled but are only refunded the cost not the VAT. They ignore your request for a VAT refund
