Arrived early and very good quality.

Fast, on time delivery. Product was as ordered. Has already been installed. The tile drill bits are a bust. No pilot drill to keep bit centered on tile. Silicone sealant was too liquid and ran down on tile. Had to get a different product. All in all the grab bars are great. I will use you again in the future.

Such a large selection of stock to choose from. Pricing was really good too. The big box stores don’t have anywhere near the selection of stock and they are overpriced in those stores. I was also very pleased at the delivery time. I will use this company again if I need more products. Thank you!

I was looking for a grab bar that would coordinate with my other bathroom fixtures. This company had a large selection and I was able to find a couple of styles that would work. I picked one and it was sent to me quickly. I’m happy with this company!

While they have a good selection, be warned purchase and if you have to return for any reason BEWARE...pretty much expect a no refund policy.....see other feedback from October 2024, their experience mirrors mine....long story short, I purchased three grab bars for my elderly parent...only took two out to hold in position by hand ...two was all he wanted...NOTE-The three bars were packed very tightly together in a small box....So I never opened or even looked at the third one I returned...it was never removed from the original packing, it was returned in their original packing and box ... unfortunately I never inspected it I had no need to...but upon receipt of my return they claim Damage...even backed it up with a photo if evidence...yes showing two very small scratches.... remember I never opened or inspected....so when did the damage occur....very doubtful it was inspected before shipping out to me ...the bar was handled more under their possession than mine, like when it was shipped to them in BULK..then shipped to me tightly packed with three bars in one small box. I am disputing their denial via credit card company...they have more leverage than me.

Grab Bars beautiful.....Teak bench seat horrible SO DISAPOINTED. 3 slats match and 1 came in "very blonde" does not match looks horrible totally unaceptable. Grab Bars refused to send me a new slat. Nothing on the web site addressed this issue. Poor Quality Control!! Now they are charging me the restock fee & shipping for there horrible quality control. So disapointed be very careful on the Teak Wall Mounted bench.

My experience with Grab Bars was exceptional. I called prior to the office opening. A half hour later I received a return call, even without leaving my phone number! I was able to place and order, clarify the difference between two products and place an order for 6 grab bars. This was early on a Monday, the Bars and accessories were received in Bluffton, SC the next afternoon!!!!!!!! Excellent product and even better service. I have already told a number of friends about this experience.

My grab bar experience was perfect an idiot, proof, and that’s just the way I like it. Their website is simple and straightforward. They are a phone call away for any questions or help. I actually made a mistake on my address and got a phone call within two minutes after I ordered online. Now that’s what I call Service. My bars arrived two days after I ordered them. And even the packaging was first rate heavy thick plastic around each bar collapsed and held together by rubber bands. I mean, you can’t ask for anything more out of a company.
