I have only completed one order on Grabr.io since I started using it in October - and I have no complaints whatsoever about the legitimacy or efficiency of the service. The item in question is a very expensive, heavy, cumbersome art book from Lisbon, that would have cost several hundred dollars for me to import directly given its great weight. I got it for approximately $130, from a traveler who happened to be flying in from Lisbon to Miami. We completed the transaction, and it arrived in perfect condition via UPS, and it was lovely to interact with him.

If I have any sort of reservation about this service, it's the fact that it appears to be difficult to actually get a "bite" on an international order request. I've since put a couple of requests online for other items - one was a book from Romania, and the other a poster from Poland - and I've had no order fulfillments as of yet. Though Grabr is unquestionably legitimate - as legit as Ebay - I suspect that in some cases it might take quite a long time to get fulfillments. So proceed with patience, not caution.

I liked the efficiency of the platform.
It connects very fast buyers and travelers.
A point that can be improved, I believe, is the refresh rate of the messages.
Sometimes, for me, the traveler answered my questions but it didn´t show immediately...

I was looking for a product that was sold out in all Catalonia shops, for several months, and sellers told me it wouldn't be restocked. It was a Christmas wish, and did'nt know how to get it.
So I find this app, and in a few weeks I got that order from US, and that means a lot. The process was easy, and not expensive at all. The delivery was fast and perfect. I amb recomending this app to everybody who needs a product from abroad.
