Staff were great. Starting from the couple that came on 26th June to pack and the Removals that arrived the following day - 27/6/24. The Removals were friendly and careful with moving the glass cupboards.
My daughter said everything arrived in good condition. So a BIG THANKYOU.. Much appreciated.

Not as hassle free as we had hoped due to administrative errors on the Sydney end. However, the guys who moved us out of Sydney and the guys who moved us from the Brisbane storage facility into our home were all fantastic. Friendly and helpful. Some stress but we got there in the end.

The only good experience from Grace removals were the packers and the delivery and both were contracted out !

Grace held my container for 4 weeks in Australia because they did not book the vessel until the day of uplift and it was full . I had paid for my own container to avoid delays well in advance They then had the audacity to send me an invoice for more money as the vessel that was available was travelling via Africa .
They have blamed the delay on the delivery company in the uk , quoting “ For the delay in booking I do apologise, however we had to wait for @@@@ to provide the Greenlight to us. This happened on the 12th of March, at which point I requested the booking that we were after. By that point, the vessel was unfortunately booked out, and the next available was departing on the 18th of April. “ the delivery company have confirmed the first contact with them was on the 12th march !.Now I’ve been hit with port fees ! Grace have advised me that the delivery company have raised this invoice and I have to pay it . Delivery company’s response “ The port fees are usually paid by the shipping agent, but on this occasion Grace advised they will not pay it” . Appalling service , will never recommend . I paid a lot of money for this international move .

We didn't choose Grace Removals Group as our shipment came in from overseas but ever since its arrival, Grace Removals has been helpful and communicative.

On the day of the delivery, the two Grace Representatives arrived, on time, with our shipment. I thought they would take forever to unload over 200 boxes but they worked tirelessly and got the job done in a relatively short time. The lads were friendly, courteous and respectful of our property and super helpful during a fairly stressful time! Thank you Grace Removals!

Excellent service, I used Grace Removals to help my elderly parents move from Brisbane to Auckland. The Moving Consultant Timothy, took time to explain the moving process to my parents step by step, he listened to their questions and was kind, professional and reassuring. I was kept in contact on the progress of the move to delivery. Everything went well and we are very happy with the service Grace provided. Excellent value, great service and professional. I would recommend and use again.

Laboratory equipment move, everything went wonderful, smooth and easy. Communication with the team is above and beyond and they really discover your needs. Fast response times. Company has the option of insurance coverage.

I called late on a friday afternoon for a last minute Monday morning service and it was taken care of. Amazing turn around time.
The crew of guys on site were professional, easy to work with and very helpful.

Our move was a great success thanks to the team at Grace. From Nathan the Account Manager to Dan that ran the team onsite during the move we had no issues and they were extremely accommodating and nothing was to much trouble. I can't recommend them highly enough.
We thought for the amount of work involved in our move and the bespoke (and extremely heavy items we have) the price was fantastic.

We contracted for a full delivery and unpack service for our move from New Zealand to Brisbane. The NZ packing up went perfectly but in Brisbane Grace sent only two people to unload a 20 ft container. They struggled heroically but were unable to do any unpacking.

Our move had many delays, Grace were accommodating and easy to communicate with. Their representatives from start to finish were professional both in conduct and manner. The day of moving went seemlessly due to their efficient organisation of roles and jobs of the workers. All workers were respectful and courteous throughout the move, and easily approachable with any changes to plans. I will thoroughly recommend them.

What made Grace stand out was their personalised service from people who genuinely care. Most other removalists have either an on-line portal which requires you to do all the paperwork (list all your items, sizes, weights, etc), then do a lot of the pre-packing yourself at your cost (boxes, tape, paper).
Grace made the whole experience pleasant; I knew what I was responsible for and what they would do. They were very reasonable about insurance and went the extra mile to ensure my peace of mind as a single woman working through everything alone.
The uplift and delivery teams were simply fantastic - polite, pleasant young men who got on with the job with good humour and care. Great teamwork.
Definitely would call upon them again for an interstate move.
