From beginning to the end ,,, very professional ,, nothing was too much trouble ,, made the experience bearable , and then at the other end unloading same experience,, would definitely recommend this business , we did most of the packing , they did the big items ie fridge , lounge , bed, etc it was seemless , thumbs upmall round

Am very pleased with the Grace Removal Company. From the time I was given my quote, the team member who packed my house. The guys who delivered my furniture and contents, were very caring, helpful and friendly. Would recommend Grace Removal I would certainly use this company again.

Jess of the Cairns Office was fantastic in arranging my move. Jess managed to find a time slot for me to ensure I meet my time line. All done with a very pleasant manner.

I had a piano and a bookcase to move from Cairns to Brisbane
The guys at both ends were excellent.
My daughter-in-law was very impressed as was I with the service provided by Grace.

From the moment you organise to move. Grace office staff are fantastic. To Gabriela. (Main office) to Warwick (cairns) thank you for getting me Noosa. To all of the drives involved thank you for packing me up and sending me off. I had organised for my car to be delivered the next day (of my arrival date) and sure enough it was there. The gentleman that packed up my furniture you guys are so quick and fast. You guys know what you are doing. To the truck drivers that got my car down, from pick up and drop off, my car was there, great service from everyone.

From day one Warwick in Cairns was very helpful in getting us on the move to WA. Every time I rang I received the answers I got. The boys that loaded were were friendly and were well organised. The guys that unloaded were a mob of characters we had some good laughs.

Highly recommend, moved from Qld to WA and Grace were super professional from first contact to delivery. The guys that packed our items to the guys who delivered, hats off to you, nothing was a problem from start to finish. Thank you all

It gives me great pleasure, based on our experience dealing with Grace Removals over the last 20 years, to assign this rating as a well deserved recognition of excellence.
We have had a very large Canadian Oakwood Cabinet to our new residence and had reasonable apprehension of this being delivery being executed without major problems.
Contrary to our expectation, the delivery was both on time and no less than 6 people proceeded to lift and transport this huge cabinet to its designated space within our new home without a problem.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude and appreciation to both the extremely strong team members that delivered the cabinet and also the team at the administration office in Cairns that organised this to our fullest satisfaction.
Since we will be relocating to our new home in the very near future and only Grace Removal will be considered to assist us again.

Grace were fantastic Removalists. Would recommend to anyone anytime. The guys in Cairns loading were fantastic. The guys at Melbourne end were very courteous, but as advised by Grace upon making booking that Grace would unpack and take away their boxes and packing upon delivery, unfortunately moving into small unit, has left the dilemma of ridding of all the packing materials and a couple of huge boxes. Not easy to do when no car available. Otherwise could not fault Grace they were brilliant,

Sarah was Fantastic, adjusting the amount to be transported a couple of times, extra boxes and paper. The pick up Guys in Cairns were also great, nothing was a problem, very professional with their dismantling and packing. Highly reccommend.

Grace organised the removal of my furniture, vehicle and pets from Cairns to WA. Everyone involved with my move was professional and courteous.

The 3 guys in Cairns unloading were professional, careful and meticulous. They were excellent. The 2 guys downloading at Logan were excellent too. Very careful. They all took away our worries about relocating. Grace was value for money, and we were able to relocate with all our favourite old things instead of having had to sell or give away. Yes I'll recommend Grace or use them again

This was second time I moved interstates. I always used Grace Removal. Great friendly staff members and exceptional service. I will use it again if I move again.
