The Melbourne based Grace crew are professional , friendly and super helpful. They treated all your goods with respected and communication was excellent.

Good communication at all times. Very professional company. Definitely well worth the money. Bonus 30 days storage if it was needed, this with other companies was an extra. Insurance cover was very simple to apply for.

Good experience
A great team of people at both ends of an interstate move - and during Covid ! I had a few tricky items to move and there was nothing damaged, nothing missing and absolutely no headaches for me. They were a little more expensive than some others, but I got what I paid for.

Deceptive on quoting
Deceptive on quoting. They say its an all inclusive price and that it would be unusual to have additional port charges on an international move then they let the overseas agent invoice you an extra €1.200.

Sent 8 large boxes from Melbourne to FNQ
I had 8 large boxes to send from Melbourne to a small town on the Tablelands in FNQ. Grace were fantastic. They picked up my boxes from a Melbourne suburb and delivered the boxes in the agreed time. Great service. Slightly more expensive than a backload but the trust and security are well worth the expense. Very happy. Highly recommend Grace.
