Grace Removals were a wonderful professional team to use for the removal and delivery of my furniture. The men were very careful and wrapped items in plastic that I requested and had ample blankets covering other pieces. My furniture was in storage for 7 months and arrived without a scratch or mark on anything. I can recommend if you want a great experience in the stressful time of moving house that you consider using this company because you won't be disappointed.

I recently moved from Maitland NSW to Moree NSW and my removal was carried out by Grace Removal Newcastle. I can not thank them enough for the way they carried out my move. They presented themselves as a professional company but still managed to treat me as an individual. They went above and beyond what I would consider normal practices to give me a quote that fitted my budget perfectly and arranged the move at the time I needed.
From the pre-pack to uplift and delivery I was kept informed of every stage.
I can not praise them enough. I would be very happy to recommend them to anybody and everybody. I will use them again on my next move.

Moving with grace removalist was the best decision we have ever made , every single staff member all made our move so relaxed and easy and enjoyable, my furniture was all wrapped incredibly well and it was the first time none of my furniture got damaged during a move. Every single staff member is so professional and went above and beyond to ensure the best customer service was achieved, my only regret was not finding this company for my previous moves where my furniture got damaged, highly recommended this company. The Newcastle team was exceptional they out done my expectations 😊❤️🙏

My experience with Grace Removal was first class and excellent in every way. The ladies in the office, Ann and Cynthia gave excellent customer service. Nothing was a problem and were so helpful assisting in every way possible. On the day the Removalist team, first class, excellent. Norm communicated promptly outlining each detail of the move prior and on the day. I would not hesitate to recommend GRACE and use them again. Great job.

Top job fantastic value for money highly recommended

We had a lot of household effects to move and I was concerned that we would only get an accurate quote if someone actually viewed what there was to move. Only Grace and one other company would do this. Although it turned into a videocall because of Covid, I felt more confident that a sufficiently big truck would be booked and the Grace quote was significantly cheaper than the other company. In addition, the container system used meant we could move out on a Thursday and not move in until the following Monday, avoiding weekend rates, because we had a simultaneous settlement on the Friday taking place too late to move in that day. On both days the removalists worked tirelessly. We were extremely impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending the company. Co-incidentally, a friend of ours moved on the same day with Grace and also commented on how good they were. We are certainly very happy customers.

Anne @ Grace Newcastle was great to deal with, efficient and prompt replies to all correspondence throughout the process. I would highly recommend Grace Newcastle branch for anyone looking to move goods in the mid north coast area of NSW (out of Port Macquarie in particular as it seems no other company is interested and I called a lot!)

If you are going to use Grace Removals ask if you can have Wolfgang he is excellent and so caring of your possessions..we can’t recommend him enough.. we had our whole house in storage for 10 weeks and it was all returned to us in perfect condition.

Grace's staff where very professional and their service was great. Not only did the furniture arrive on time they had no problem changing the delivery address. They also arranged to transport a car and that arrived undamaged and quicker than expected

The stress of moving especially interstate was totally eradicated when dealing with Grace removals. The service was professional, knowledgeable and the price was unbeatable. Grace were extremely thorough and i felt totally confident that every item was accounted for within the price. They took the time to come out and do the quote in person which gave us reassurance that everything was accounted for.I wouldn't recommend anyone else and the goods were delivered undamaged and beds were assembled ready for us to use after a very hectic day :)

The Newcastle team that did my two house relocation was just awesome. Very professional, all items arrived in the same condition as when they left. Very pleased and would recommend the Newcastle team to anyone who needs a high quality, professional removal service.

The team was fantastic. Right from first contact, the quoting process, packing and moving. I wanted the best not the cheapest and I got everything I wanted. The move was into a very large new project and most of the other residents experienced major problems with their moves. Mine was flawless. Great appreciation to the Grace team.

Because of a broken shoulder i used Grace to pack and ship from Qld to NSW.
Returning to Qld some time later Grace shipped it backto Qld. I found their service absolutely fabulous and would not hesitate to recommend them, be it local or international.
