From the first call, to delivery on the other side of Australia. We have had zero problems.

Sam, Tristan and Corey were great. They made me feel very comfortable with the move. It was a hard day and their kind words helped my stress levels.

Communication after good were delivered to destination was poor. I was not told that i would receive my car on the arranged date until the actual date.
The staff were very matteroffact about it and failed to show compassion given the big move I had made.

What an amazing team. Thank you Josh Whately, Kyle Fronel and Sean L for you professional, friendly service. We were amazed to see how much you can fit into a container. 10 out of 10. Well done! Moving can be daunting, but you made it easy. Thank you very much. Annelize

Our Removalist team kept us informed every step of the way. From contacting prior to arrival and while removing items. It instilled confidence and assured us that our items were taken good care of. Despite the late arrival the team were efficient, friendly and professional. They were organised and hard working.

Kevin Poller and Brian Williams did a great job of delivering our household furniture and were very helpfull in any interaction we had with them. Kevin identified a couple of items that he thought were incorrectly packaged and noted on his delivery document. We would certainly recommend Grace if all the staff are like Keven & Brian.

I had my belongings delivered from Port Hedland to my new residential address in Perth by two lovely men, Flame Kingi and Dave Marshall. They were efficient, helpful and very kind. Couldn't recommend these boys enough!

Grace delivered our household goods early in the morning. The two young men were courteous and efficient and extremely helpful. We’re still in the process of unpacking but at this point in time nothing is damaged or broken. We really appreciate the efforts from both teams - Western Australia and here in South Australia!

Timing of pack-up and delivery ran exactly as planned and the crew on both ends were courteous and helpful. All my belongings were packed and handled carefully. Thanks to Jason Conti-Nibali and Seth Matthews for being polite, helpful and efficient on the delivery end. It made the experience so much easier!

Grace let me know when the effects would arrive and kept me updates. The guys that delivered household effects Darren Meager and Jeff Read were very careful with my belongings and put them in place as I asked.

I moved from NSW to WA and couldn't fault Grace Removals from consultation Caitlyn and Savannah, the packers and removalists from Newcastle then delivery to my new home. The delivery guys, Sam and Brian were fantastic. They put everything where it was meant to be and were the quickest piano movers I've ever seen. I highly recommend Grace Removals.
