I recently purchased a leather tote bag from Graces Bags for my wife's birthday. When it arrived, we were both pleased at the fine quality of the bag. The stitching was perfect, it had plenty of pockets, the straps were strong, and it was very stylish. We couldn't have been more pleased with our purchase.
But be prepared to wait. It took two weeks for the bag to arrive. It would have relieved our concerns if the company had sent us an email to let us know how long it would take to receive it, and to let us know when it had been shipped. But the fine quality of the bag made up for our suspicions and doubts. We have come to realize that quality can't be rushed. We are extremely happy with the tote bag, and highly recommend this company to any woman needing a purse.

I have not received my order.
I have not received my order. I have tried to find a way to reach the company and let them know and I finally found an email address. There does not seem to be any other way to reach them. I have not heard back from them yet. I can't find tracking info on my order and I can't even find an order number! This is not a good way to do business. If I don't hear from them this week, I will report them to my credit card company and cancel the charge.

Not what is advertised. To anyone who thinks it’s a good idea…
To anyone who thinks it’s a good idea to order from this site please don’t. It’s fraudulent from the advertising on down to trying to get your money back. I ordered three purses, a two for one deal and an extra one. It came to $154. Unfortunately, I didn’t look at this review site until the day after I ordered. I got a hold of them immediately and asked them not to send my order. They said that my order was already processed and could not be stopped. This began 2 1/2 weeks of back-and-forth emails. Finally, I said you advertise or make people think these are made in United States by cute little couple. Why does it ship from Asia. The answer was oh they’re made in Denmark, but we send them to Asia to be shipped out . At this point, I contacted my credit union and asked them if they could help me to anyone reading this your credit card your banking establishment should have people who will help you get your money back after only seven days my money was completely refunded with the help of this team buyer beware big time oh and the purses I finally did get them and they didn’t ask for them back.(But they shorted me a purse.) after being cornered about the material they used they admitted that that is PU leather not real leather. The reason they use that it’s more environmentally kind and safe. They didn’t like the fact that I pointed out. That’s not what you’re advertising says after this long exchange, all I can say is if you want a leather purse Purchase a high-quality real leather purse it’s worth the money I have three they’ve lasted over 30 years. Made in China. My “”SHOP” app told me when they went through Customs and left the mainland. Very Cheaply made. Zippers don’t work. The leather if it is leather is paper bag thin and the lining is some sort of coated paper. TERRIBLE and sad to say I bought 4.

Have received 2 bags and they are nothing like what was on the website. I fell for the Grace story of retirement!!!! Selling off her beautifully made bags. No mention of being badly made in China!!!! Fraudulent Practice. Defrauding clients. Fake story. False misleading advertising. Order arrived and I immediately contacted the company to be told I would be offered 15% and keep bags as it would cost 30-70 USD to return. I said no and then offered 40% and keep bags. I looked into returning and this is extremely difficult as courier company doesnt recognise address and sending to China is extremely difficult. I had no option but to accept discount but there is no way that I will use these bags are they look so cheap and smell horrible. I have been taken for a complete fool as I believed the 'Grace' story.

Received the two bags I ordered. No bill inside with bags showing what I purchased and how I can return them if I'm not satisfied with the product. The zippers on one bag do not zip up and down. Well I was a bit skeptical about ordering on Facebook but I’m so glad I did. I ordered the Grace’s Choice handbag. I got it today, luckily, whoever delivered it left it in the alcove. I have a LOT of Christmas presents still not received yet. I reached out to all the companies that I was dealing with. Grace’s Bags was one of them. They informed me that my pkgs. were delivered. But unbegnoste (not sure if I spelt that word right) to Graces Bags, they were not delivered. When Grace heard my story, she put my order out in next days mail expediting my order. I just received them today. She has renewed my faith that I can get my gifts before Christmas. Thanks again Graces Bags!

I ordered from Grace's Bags, because the information given was Grace had been making bags with her husband for 34 years. Plus, their shop was in Salt Lake City, Utah. Imagine my surprise when I find the bags are coming from China! Also, I was receiving multiple facebook ads from other companies selling the same bags. The bags finally came, they have a bad smell. I sent a note to return the bags and their response was, "it would cost me $30 to $50 for return postage, because they are an international company." I responded to them, that Utah is not international to Michigan. They offered $15.00 refund to keep the bags. I decided to keep the bags to remind myself that I need to be better about checking these companies out. I HATE BEING SCAMMED!!!!!

Total scan. Terrible quality. NO customer service. These are NOT handmade bags. When I emailed 'Grace' to request a replacement (the colors were not as represented), I received NO response, despite repeated attempts.
The FINAL sale (because Grace is closing her sweet homemade shop) continues for months, despite the fact that the website said she was closing her shop imminently.

Grace-Bags is a TOTAL SCAM
Grace-Bags is a TOTAL SCAM! The "Leather" bags are made of PLASTIC, many of the zippers don't work, and not all pockets are functional. When I asked for a refund, I was advised I would have to pay for return shipping OR they would give me a 50% refund and I keep the bags. I refused. The next email said they would give me a 60% refund and I keep the bags OR I mail them back AT MY OWN EXPENSE to Ningbo, Zhejiang!
