They are not legit

They are not legit. They are not selling quality leather like their website descriptions say. Then after you purchase and complain they explain that they sell vegan leather bags. It’s bait and switch plain and simple. Then they want you to pay for the return to china. I learned the hard way what to check websites for and avoid scammers. This particular site has been advertising “going out of business” for quite some time now. Do your research before spending hard earned money someone else is waiting to scam you out of.

BEWARE!!

BEWARE!!! Not Leather… So disappointed. Ordered 4 bags for Christmas in November. Got them a few days before Christmas to find out they were plastic.
To return, you pay shipping to China…
Hundreds of dollars wasted. Should have researched it better.

Plastic garbage

Frankly, I don’t even think they deserve one star. I am so ashamed of This company. I paid for plastic! They falsely show that they’re made of leather
I feel like I just took my money and threw it on the ground and stepped on it and walked away And of course, I can’t return it because They are in China. Something that you have no idea of until you get a tracking number and it says mainland China

DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING but they made amends

I fell for it too, but only after I purchased some good leather bags. I ordered 3 additional for Christmas gifts, upon receipt they were plastic NOT leather. Deceptive advertising. I emailed immediately (based on the 14 day return policy, to which they say they respond in 24-48 hours... that was 10 days ago! Still no response.
I finally got a response 11 days after my first contact, they offered 15% refund, I took it! and will donate the bags to a shelter for women getting back on their feet after domestic abuse.
BEWARE! READ the descriptions CAREFULLY.

So, today, I changed my review from 1 star to 2 stars after receiving a modest refund, and more communication from Grace Bags. They seem to understand the descriptive issues. With any luck they will change the descriptions to convey accurately the materials of the bags.

Buyers beware- This company is a total…

Buyers beware- This company is a total scam. Grace is located somewhere in Asia. This is not a local US business owned by an older woman- everything I encountered in their marketing is a lie. The bags are also not leather. Looks like they were made in China. It even has “STLD & ZHUOPAI Fashion” stamped on one of the bags. Returns are not free. Couldn’t be more disappointed. I was scammed.

I am disappointed

I am disappointed! Totally was taken in by the beautiful bags shown online. The description was given of fine hand crafted leather bags. I ordered them for my girls and was dismayed to find them anything but leather.

Scam artist!

I received cheap vinyl bags instead of leather. I contacted the vendor but have not heard from them. The bags were shipped from China. I could have purchased better bags for $10 from a discount store.

Just say no! Pop your wrist with a rubber band to pause before you buy. Their idea of quality and truth in advertising is vastly different than any other. Buyer beware.

I took pictures of the hand bags on…

I took pictures of the hand bags on Grace-bags.com using the Google camera icon and found the bags listed on Temu for $6. Yeah, $6 dollars. This Google tool helps me out a lot. If you read the 5 star reviews, most of them sound like company sales pitches. Read them, and ask yourself does this sound like a native English (USA) speaker to you? The English is very dated, they kinda sound like Agatha Christie’s Miss Marple character wrote a pleasant review.

TOTAL SCAM

Grace Bags does not even deserve one star. I never received the bag at all, after assurances it was shipped and tracking showed it was delivered. The bag never arrived, even after tracking showed the delivery date and time. This company is completely disreputable, it is a scam. I wrote to complain and requested a full refund, though I doubt I will even receive a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM GRACE BAGS.
