Very poor service. Prompt payment was promised, but I had to send several emails before I finally got paid.

It was a quick and easy process but did not get paid anywhere near the original offer due to scratches that can’t be seen with the eye or felt with the fingernail 🤔 I did decline their offer and a higher offer was received which I accepted but still far lower than expected.

Exactly phone for the money(iPhone 16 pro max) condition 95% battery heath and works like new

Keep away from this company they totally rip you off!! Offered me £322 received my phone which had been in protective covers constantly and said it was in a state and only said it was worth £155. Lie it was very good condition worth what they offered me

Brought my S7 Apple Watch refurbished from here. Delivered to the Uk in very high condition quick delivery aswell as the watch working to a high standard. Purchased for £169 which was a fantastic price considering how much the watch costs new.

The process was great but the value I was offered once they received the phone was less than half of what the quote had been

The experience that was made great was how quick the phone was received, and it was look at fairly quickly
What you can improve on is to give a honest and reliable first time quote, and not me having the hassle to ask for a second person to look at it, that’s not right.
Honestly goes a very long way in my eyes.
I then put in I figure I would accept and within 10 minutes of the figure I put in, you accepted my figure.
The money was paid within 2 hours.

Initially, I was quoted a high amount for my phone (£185). However, the initial quote they gave me back was only 1/4 (£50) of that initial quote and they deemed my phone 'poor' quality, despite me taking photos beforehand knowing it was definitely 'good' if not 'great'.

I queried their offer and then they revised it and met me in the middle of what I'd wanted, which was still just under half of what they initially quoted me (£85). However, I accepted it to avoid the faff of having to do the same with another buyer. I do think how they go about it is wrong. And I also think they should provide detailed photos as evidence for why they reduce the initial value.

However, the sending of the packaging for the phone was good and it was delivered speedily to them for pricing.

Fair price for mobile however it took over 3 days to receive money, which was disappointing

Dealing with Grade Mobile was a mixed experience.

The price actually offered originally,was disappointing,however they do offer an option to request a higher offer.

I must say communication and customer service I would rate quite highly!
