Eye-watering UK customs charges
Beautiful products but eye-watering UK customs charges through their FedEx shipments. You'll pay less with other suppliers.
There was no option for express…
There was no option for express shipping. Tie was to arrive Friday before wedding. When it did come to wedding, after we picked it up from fedex local hub, we opened the package and the internal packaging was torn apart and the tie so twisted, wrinkled and not wearable. We also paid a premium price for the Tie and when the ties dropped in price before receiving the lower price was not honored. Ps for over a week it sat in Italy. Although fedex had a delivery for a Friday.
At first the manufacturer said to get it ironed. Anyone knows anything about fabrics or ties you cannot simply iron it to look like new or use. The entire ties must be taken apart, Hope the ironing by professional will bring back the material to the original form which is not usually possible as it has been stretched and damaged. Then a new interface must be manufactured for the Tie, and then professional seamstress experienced manufacturing ties with a blind stich machine needs to remanufure. At the end they are sending us a new ties at full price ( not current price) after the wedding happened. Customer service for such expensive ties is slagging. And resolution is what's best for the company to keep their money, not you. I personally would think twice before purchasing again. I did purchaena tie 6 months ago and it was quality yet it took time but it arrived as said. This time I was to blame they claim for delay, I was to iron the ties as an attempt to fix issue. It was my problem. And now I really don't need tie.

FedEx Delivery is the worst!
I love the Ties, and thank you for great quality and design.
However; FedEx delivery process was the worst experience in my entire life. Took 11 days to arrive in country, and then nobody contacted me from FedEx in UAE, they kept the ties for 3 days without any reason. I tried calling them and nobody is answering!
I’d like to shop more from you, but not if you use FedEx.
If you use DHL, then I’ll be your regular customer.
