This is a review for Graham's The Plumbers' Merchant in Eastbourne and about Ian Ford in particular. We were having some trouble identifying and locating a specific shower part that was proving somewhat elusive. Ian truly went above and beyond in his help to find this part for us. We are very impressed with his customer service and his product knowledge and want to thank him for his patient and friendly service. We highly recommend Graham's in Eastbourne and Ian for his superlative customer care.

It’s a shame I cannot put a no star rating. I did not have a good experience with this company. I bought an expensive bathroom ceramic sink at full price with the understanding that I was buying a brand new sink. When it arrived it was in an open package with no padding and a label on the package that said ‘Display Showroom’. I contacted the company and received unsatisfactory replies. The company has completely failed to respond to my subsequent communications even though I copied in the manager of the branch from which I bought the sink.
I cannot recommend this company and will suggest that anybody purchasing goods to check them thoroughly before handing over any money!
