I have been trying to cancel my…

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Grain Connect Broadband for over 10 days and the process has been extremely frustrating. I recently moved house to an address where they do not even provide service, yet they are still making the cancellation difficult.
They asked me to send proof of my new address, which I have done multiple times, but they keep rejecting the documents without giving a clear explanation of what is wrong with them. Every time I send the proof, it gets declined again, causing unnecessary delays.
This should be a simple process, especially when the company does not provide service at my new address. Instead, the customer service has been unhelpful and frustrating. Very disappointing experience.

One Honest Human!

Sam was so friendly and helpful when I really needed it! Truly went above and beyond in my time of crisis.
I needed an ambulance and Sam organised it and stayed with me until it arrived.

Good Service

So far so good, perfomance of product yet to be experienced but the young installer Gaige was very professional. He explained everything before starting work and answered my questions with patience. A neat and tidy job well done, thank you

Grain BB installation

A grain engineer Sam H came out to do my installation, happened within the time slot as i was given and wow it was fast, do gotta give it to grain already a better service than kcom.
I ordered the broadband on Tuesday the 3rd so getting it in 2 days later was very surprising

I got my WiFi connected Sam from Grain…

I got my WiFi connected by Sam from Grain and it was a great experience Sam was very helpful and so polite and happy he had it done in no time and his work was excellent couldn’t even tell he had been.My garden
was back to the way it was before he started to do the work and it was so neat and tidy big thumbs up highly recommend grain.

Highly professional

Highly professional, very efficient and polite. Went above and beyond during our fibre broadband installation, even repairing some brickwork near to where he drilled for the cable. Took the time to fully explain the equipment and even vacuumed before he left.

DO NOT USE THEM!

DO NOT USE THEM!! installation was quick and easy, but unfortunately the signal is very poor and i only have 3 devices in use, but even with 1 there is no improvement. when i complained I was told that service is only guaranteed  to the point of termination, defined as the router. i was also told that there are many variables that can affect Wi-Fi performance, such as the layout and construction of the home, interference from other devices, and that Wi-Fi propagation can all affect how your devices interact with the Wi-Fi signal. And is dependent on home networking.  I've tried to cancel because of these issues but they refuse unless a pay a £300+ cancellation fee. I have lived at my home for 11 years and no connection issues with Virgin or TalkTalk. so im stuck for now, but i am going to OFCOM.

A good company to deal with.

Svilen phoned ahead and informed me of his ETA. He worked quickly and efficiently and ensured that he kept all areas clean. As I was interested he explained what he was doing, after the installation was complete he ensured that I tested my new internet connection.

Grain wifi

Had lovely sam brady over to put the grain router on she very professional and friendly did a great job cleaned up after herself . The grain wifi seem decent , price is great and hopefully works better than virgin .

Fantastic service

Moved to grain from virgin media about a week ago due to them putting prices up and internet constantly dropping out and have got to say grain have been fantastic from start to finish,from service to installation and internet speeds.should have moved a long time ago👍👍

Excellent service

Excellent service, from start to finish, very good price brilliant, contact people who talked you through everything that would happen. Then following up with a call to make extra sure that the service was carried out correctly. Would certainly give 10/10 pity every company isn't as thoughtful as Grain
