I would 100% recommend. I don't usually bother with referrals but I've been recommending Grain to everybody!
The guy who did the setup was happy as Larry and did a top job. Customer Service were on point!
I just hope the prices don't shoot up after the initial deal like with most companies.

The engineer was quick and efficient and even though I had shut my dogs away the bad wind we had today blew the door open and he was really understanding (good thing they’re friendly!) and friendly.

I would like to leave some very well-deserved praise for the engineer who installed my Grain broadband today — Christopher Alston.
Quite simply, it was one of the best engineer visits I have ever experienced. Christopher was friendly, professional, and clearly took great pride in his work. The installation itself was carried out quickly and efficiently, but never felt rushed. He explained what he was doing, worked neatly, and treated my home with real respect.
By the time he left, everything was up and running perfectly — and you genuinely wouldn’t even know any work had taken place. No mess, no fuss, just a smooth and seamless installation done properly.
It’s rare these days to have such a straightforward, positive experience with a home installation, so I felt it was important to say thank you. Christopher Alston did a sterling job and is a real credit to your company.

There has been two other people who
Quite frustrating to deal with first an agent whom advised there will be £150
Call out charge to fix breakdown of internet service.
Where the issue was outsidethe property.
The manger in tech department followed this his email was not great .
There was no appology it was quite blunt. The two people need coaching
How to deal with customer service .
The level of service was not great with these people.
I spoke to further two managers who delivered great customer service they had empathy quite great to the point give good customer i should praise them
For the great work good listening skills.
I think company should invest in people

Customer service has been great, friendly and communicative unlike my previous provider. Engineer messaged with his ETA - he was early which was great. Friendly and professional, explained what he was doing and double checked I was happy with where the box would be installed. Worked efficiently and cleaned up after.

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Grain Connect Broadband for over 10 days and the process has been extremely frustrating. I recently moved house to an address where they do not even provide service, yet they are still making the cancellation difficult.
They asked me to send proof of my new address, which I have done multiple times, but they keep rejecting the documents without giving a clear explanation of what is wrong with them. Every time I send the proof, it gets declined again, causing unnecessary delays.
This should be a simple process, especially when the company does not provide service at my new address. Instead, the customer service has been unhelpful and frustrating. Very disappointing experience.
