A very long wait
I ordered two games online from them, which were sent in two different shipments. The first one arrived in a timely manner, but the second one took a month to arrive, and the box came quite damaged and dented. It was my first order from them and unfortunately I was very disappointed.

Poor Customer Service
Visited with my son to purchase a PS Vita, games and memory card. Got home to discover that we had the wrong memory card as we needed a Sony one and not the one we were sold.(The memory card was selected by the member of staff serving us, when we told her we needed one)
Returned two days later to resolve the issue. To be told that WE had bought the wrong one, but we hadn't specified the right one at the time of purchase and as they sell lots of memory cards for lots of products, they couldn't refund but could order a correct card. Left frustrated and an EX Grainger customer. I can only guess the shop assistant must have made a selection for us as she didn't ask at any point what kind of memory card we needed or for what product, but it really doesn't take a genius to ask does it?

Incredibly sluggish process
Purchased two games, and traded in a mobile phone.
It took days for the games to be dispatched which was odd, considering I've never experienced that elsewhere.
It also took them a while to process my trade-in, and then a further 8 days for the money to appear in my account (not the bank's fault).
Would have rated lower, but would be unfair as I've also had a very positive trade-in, and a great purchase too from these guys.
Rated 3 for inconsistency, so if you're looking for a quick trade-in or purchase, I'd consider you look elsewhere.

i bought Bloodborne Game of the Year Edition, I received the game in a reasonable amount of time, It was in working order and I payed what i believe was a bargain as i saved quite a bit compared to other sites or even stores. overall would definitely recommend and would shop here again

Exceptionally helpful staff member Jon helped sort out a tec problem with an Xbox one that ; Game, PC world, CEX, Maplins & Microsoft helpline failed to assist with. Brilliant knowledge and understanding of relitively simple tec problem made very quick actions and solutions to handle such requirements, Great staff member! I will deffinately shop here more often as a result.

Fantastic service
I was a little unsure of using this company as I hadn't heard of them before, but with the only PC copy of Dark Souls 3 Collector's edition I could find, I was prepared to give it a go. Payment was taken straight away for my pre-order (something I prefer) and I was given a lot of updates on delivery. I was told the name of the driver and could check his location every 15 minutes and know which delivery slot I was in. I was also given a time slot (which was correct). And of course, it came on release day (something another better known company couldn't manage). It was packaged very well indeed, although I was initially nervous when I didn't receive the item boxed, it was bubble wrapped all the way round and came in perfect condition, so no complaints. In fact, the lack of a box meant I had less packaging to deal with once opened. I will certainly without hesitation or doubt use this company again.

Took a huge risk ordering Dark Souls 3 (Collectors Edition) from this company. I was not disappointed
Was a preorder, gave me an hour time slot for delivery (which I could alter) and the preorder was £20 cheaper than competitors

Appalling service
I have recently been given an xbox one as a gift and I thought I would treat myself to some games and accessories. As the Xbox one I had been given didn't come with a headset I thought I'd get one from my local grainger games. Unbeknown to myself certai headsets don't fit various controllers (Apparantly I have an old Xbox one) I managed to buy a headset not suitable for my Xbox one controller
I went back the next day and explained the situation that I had no idea they had different headsets for different controllers. The manager laughed in my face and said well that's your own fault you should have known. I explained politely that I had just been given the Xbox one and I just wanted a headset that would work. The manager was rude and obnoxious and said I'm not allowed a refund despite having the headset less than 24 hours!
I got a silly store credit receipt which only lasts 6 months (the manager was very reluctant in giving me that!)
I was absolutely appalled and embarrassed by the manager. I won't be going back anytime soon. My lack of knowledge on the Xbox one resulting in grainger games profiting on my behalf.

Not to be trusted
I'll keep it short as this is a story repeated in reviews across the Internet.
Bought a game, it didn't come for almost a week after their website stated it would. (£40)
Spent at least an hour all together trying to get in touch with them on the phone top of that. ( another £10 chasing it up over 3 days)
Sent several emails with no response at all.
Only finally got my order cancelled after I threatened to take the matter over their heads. Sketchy at best because it means they had been reading my mail and just deciding not to reply...
Hilariously Ive just received an email asking me to review the business! Well here you go guys.
Avoid at all costs.
The worst transaction I've ever taken part in online or off.

Lousy Customer Service
Took in two xbox 360 slim consoles today to try and sell - was dealt with by a member of staff with a beard - he said one of the controllers was smashed (upon closer inspection this turned out to be a small chip in the plastic near where the battery goes - hardly smashed.)
The guy had no customer service skills whatsoever - he made no attempt to come to any kind of deal and he offered me basically less than what I'd get if I sold them for spare parts.
He told me he couldnt take the other system as I'd upgraded the hard drive to a 500gb (official microsoft one) - obviously in his mind nobody wants a larger hard drive in their console!
I dont know why they refuse to take consoles that have had their stock hard drives swapped out for official larger ones - but its absolutely ridiculous.
Suffice to say I shant be spending any more money in their pokey little shop in future...
My advice is avoid these amateurs and go someplace else - they offer you next to nothing and treat you like dirt in the process.

Horrific customer service, attempted to sell me a second hand game as brand new and I had to wait 2 and a half weeks for the privilege. Double standards in my opinion because they certainly wouldn't buy a game from me as brand new if it wasn't sealed.

Very slow for delivery
I ordered 2 items on the 13th March for my friends son for his birthday. They state 3-5 working days and we are now on the 5th working day and order still states 'processing'. His birthday is on monday so I am not going to recieve this in time. I have contacted by email but no response. If I had known it was going to take this long I would have ordered somewhere else.
