I ordered a Skylanders starter pack. Since I'm from the Netherlands, I first got an email from them saying they were unable to deliver this, because it was too heavy to send abroad. However, after I sent them an email back about why they couldn't deliver, they delivered the pack anyway. Now that's service!

No problems what so ever. Will definitely buy from the online Grainger Games shop again.

The game I got was cheaper than some other places and it came a day before release nice.

Excellent service arrived quickly and item in very good condition for a preowned game

I ordered two games, one new and the other preowned. The order was placed on Monday morning, but was not dispatched until Friday with no explanation given. I found this disappointing as I had been hoping to be playing the games by Tuesday. At least they use first class post, so the delivery itself is quick. Also of note is that the preowned game's disc was filthy, though it was nothing a quick wipe with a cloth couldn't fix.

So the price for the order was great, Granger listed it as as Grade A - which was completely correct. The Apple TV was still in its original packing materials.

The less good
The box was just placed in a jiffy bag, so there was some damage to the box which I assume happened in transit. slight annoyance but otherwise okay

The bad.
Whilst I appreciate the delivery was free 5 business days was more than I was expecting. I'd have happily paid for delivery had it been an option, but sadly it wasnt.

Bought a game which was described as 'NEW' when it arrived it was clearly used. It was in good condition for a used game but it wasn't sealed, had marks on the box - small scratches and marks on the actual disc - not scratches but smudge marks. Emailed them to complain about this. No reply yet. Annoying that they sell NEW games that are actually good condition used games. This was a present for my son too - 'Here son, here's the game you wanted, sorry it's second hand'. Really wish I'd spent that extra £1 (as that's what I was saving by buying at Grainger Games compared with the next best available) and bought from a trusted seller and received a sealed, new copy of the game.

Purchased from sale Manchester store, I took it home and was excited to play on my next gen console, I put black ups 3 in expecting a few mins update, 48 hrs later here I still am trying to update it and download it, I have wired internet connection and my brother has no issues downloading things on his console, so I took it back to the store and all I got told to do was keep trying, I think the customer service was outrageous, I'm still sat trying to install the game 3 days later &. Apparently there is no issue, they say the console has no fault & will not refund the product !! GO TO CEX !! I will not be using this again

On release day I picked up fifa 17 thinking that I be paying £45 cause that's what it says on the website but when I got to the store it was £49! Well im saving up for call of duty legacy edition which on the website it's got it as £69.99 I just hope that's the price still when I go to store on release day apart from that great store and always shop at grainger games

I ordered the game around two weeks ago and it hasn's arrived. We complained and they blamed it on the Royal Mail, and now have to wait another two weeks until I can request my money back!!!

My 14 year old son preordered fifa17 in store. He was told they weren't sure of the price but would be priced same as every where else. He paid 40,00 up front. When game was released the price was 48.99!!! Almost 25% more than local stores near by, disgusting. Last time we will be buying from here. How can they rip kids off. Greed!!!

I contacted my local ASDA store in South Shields to see if they cleaned discs, the assistant at the entertainment kiosk said they don't clean discs but he recommended that I go to my local Grainger Games store in King Street, when I went to Grainger Games I asked how much it cost per disc to get cleaned and how long the cleaning process was, I was told it was £1.50 per disc and it takes 10 minutes per disc, when I got the discs back they looked like they were brand new discs, I am very impressed, the customer service is excellent, I highly recommend anyone that needs discs cleaned to go to this store.

Went in this weekend and picked up a copy of Mario Kart 8 "NEW", except it was clearly second hand when I got it home. They just charged me £7 more than a second hand copy. I won't be going back.
